Yes, this is my fierce face 😂⠀
This is the face of a girl on a mission to make an impact in her own special way. ⠀
This is the face of a girl who has stepped out of her comfort zone time and time again this year to develop a better sense of herself. ⠀
This is the girl that was at her lowest point two years ago and is finally on the path to do what she loves best which is making a difference through inspiring others to step into their greatness. ⠀
So many amazing projects are on my mind-map right now and I cannot wait to begin sharing them with you!⠀
Have you ever used mind-mapping to brain-dump all of your ideas?? 📷 @giuliascolari_photos

Friday Focus 🎯 .
Friday is my absolute fave day of the week! 🎉 .
You know why?
Aside from knowing I’m just about to slide into the weekend, Fridays are my ‘tie off’ days. .
As a remote worker, I don’t work your typical Monday to Friday work week. I understand most people and businesses do and so this is my day to make sure that what I have set out for the week, I have done or am at least on track to completing ✔️ .
Sometimes I overestimate what I can actually do in a single day. Heck, sometimes it’s the whole week that blows out 🤯😳😱 but Friday is my day of focus, my day where I can reflect on the past week 🤔, look at my achievements and turn the stones that need to be turned.
I always focus on achieving just one thing on a Friday and by doing that, I walk into the weekend with a true sense of accomplishment - a WIN! 🤜🏼🤛🏼
This simple habit that I have created has given me more joy and alignment in what I do 😃
What’s your Friday Focus? .
PS. Cannot wait to get some beach action 🏄♀️ 🌊 🌞
Some days you’re the pigeon, other days you’re the stoop. Today a dog pissed on the floor next to my desk...so I’m pretty sure I know which category I’m in.

Delightful swim in the Melbourne public baths before a great coffee and then working from my temporary home. Staying near several universities so am surrounded by students which makes me feel young. Fantastic to have a change of scene while working as normal.

Yo puedo equivocarme
Yo tengo derecho a reaccionar si alguien me hiere
Yo también necesito ser abrazada y no ser siempre la que abraza
Yo soy humana
Yo soy imperfecta
Yo me amo, me valoro, me felicito y me respeto por dar lo mejor de mi.

📍Cholla Cactus Garden
Cholla Cactus Garden is one of Joshua Tree National Park’s one-of-a-kind features!! Located at the merger of the upper Mojave Desert and the lower Colorado Desert, this level quarter-mile loop provides access to an intense concentration of cholla cacti and other native plants.
The view to the mountains and valley below were also indescribable. We were lucky enough to get there at sunset, which makes the Desert colors POP like anything I've seen!

The last half of my retreat here in Thailand, was spent with the VIP ticket holders in Phuket. I rented a villa and we spent four days working on implementation and exploring the island.
One thing the ladies heard over and over from me was “discernment” in their business. Here’s the deal, you should totally seek help from experts in tasks that you aren’t strong in. However, in the end, it’s your👏🏾damn👏🏾business👏🏾!!! _________________
You must use your discernment to determine the exact best path for you. Your coach can’t do that for you- they can only give you the tools and lead you on the path to success. But if you aren’t using your own personal judgement to build a biz that feels good FOR YOU then you’re really just building another 9 to 5 and nobody wants that!! _______________
Ready to stop trying to build a cookie cutter biz and get guidance on how to build a biz that feels good specifically to you? Check out our Make Your Worth Mastermind (link in bio). 🙋🏾♀️

@floriane_roussel discovered a passion for art and drawing at the young age of 5. With the support of her family, Floriane went on to study at some of the most prestigious schools in Paris (ENSAAMA Olivier de Serre & ESAG Penninghen) that would eventually help her build a career around her passion for illustration.
“Adventures are never fun while you’re having them.” — C.S. Lewis
Seriously traveling is amazing, but it’s not all rainbows and butterflies and perfect hair days. Adventures are not always meant to be fun — they’re meant to teach us something.
So YEAH SURE WHATEVER to all those other instagrammers who don’t report the FACTS like this. 😜 also, #wine
PS isn’t the Chronicles of Narnia series is the BEST!?

The beauty of the gospel is that Jesus offers us a seat at the table. Historically covenants were concluded with sharing a meal, sharing a table, an expression of the bond established and friendship. How powerful to know that God’s covenant with us and this expression of His bond and provision for us is even, and especially, “in the presence of our enemies”. That in the midst of trial, challenge, and being surrounded by enemies and giants of fear, addiction, and disease that He personally prepares a table for us. To dine with Him in that place where we feel surrounded is such a tender place of knowing his care and covenant with us. A place where we can only see, need, and experience Him in a deep way. Stop running from your trial and challenge and just take a seat. Watch Him fight your battles for you. “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.”
Psalms 23:5 ESV
When I was living in Malaga, Spain in 2007, I would ride my bike 4-6 hours per day.
Getting to this town - Ronda - was just about as far as I was willing to go. I rode 4 hours each way in the rain to get here to watch the Vuelta Andalusia, and all the fans thought I was the race leader because I had to follow the course into town. It made me feel great to get those cheers! “El primero!”
I rented a car later and went back with some of my housemates and we went rock climbing and ate at a restaurant on the cliff side behind this bridge.

If there is a certain part responsible for THIS in a human, then I am certainly disabled :)
By THIS I mean sales.
I can talk for hours about someone else's project. Not selling it, but explainging why it is totally worth to go for it, what are the benefits, values, etc. Especially if I know people who sell it, and am certain about their good intentions.
I would connect many people between each other to help find employees and employers. I would initiate meetings. Encourage people to apply for a job. Help people to develop skills. All my life navigation goes through people. I am a human traffic-controller in a good way :)
And I do this always with a wide smile and a lot of evergy. Some say, that once I start telling about a person or a project, it is hard to resist from checking it out.
But once it comes to my projects - numb. Totally. I don't understand the value. It feels uncomfortable to sell what I do. To actually receive money. Especially if it is a high quality and thus an expensive project. And I love delivering a perfect quality. My fetish in a way.
I know that there are many people like me. Well, I know quite a few. Am I right, @katyassha?
I also believe that sharing information is a great way to stream new energy. People might simply not know what you can be useful with, but currently looking for you exactly. Don't be greedy. Time to share!
Of course, there are platforms like upwork.com, which are specially build for this purpose. But maybe among my followers there are people who are as shy as I am :)
Let's be brave in comments and share what you can be useful with. What are your special skills? Maybe we can find each other here?
I am currently working on at least 5 new projects and do need reliable people to work with. It is important for me that we share similar values as well.
Let's be brief and structured. List max two skills, talents or area of expertise you have. Don't be shy, be modest.
Shoot it out! :)
