I’m in love with this new fitness and nutrition program even more the 2nd time around… and that’s because it’s not really ever “over”! It’s a lifestyle. It’s something that we can actually stick with.
When I heard about the LIIFT4 program that I could do anywhere, anytime... which promised amazing results, only 4 workouts per week ~30 minutes, a simple to follow meal plan and a ton of balance and flexibility… I KNEW this was going to be my jam. I have started practicing more self love this last week which I began to identify as quite separate and different from nutrition or training. The message below from Oprah Winfrey is one that hit my heart. It took me a long time to realize that achieving a certain physique doesn’t earn you self love. A healthy self image, confidence and love for oneself takes constant practice like anything else. ✨
“Your real work is to figure out where your power base is and to work on the alignment of your personality — the gifts you have to give — with the real reason why you are here.
The number one thing you need to do is work on yourself. To fill yourself up and KEEP your cup full.
I used to be afraid of that.
People would say “She’s so full of herself.”
And now I embrace it.
I consider it a compliment that I’m FULL of myself.

Set a small goal and SMASH the SHIT out of it ... when you get that feeling your next goal can be a teeeeeny bit bigger (or not and thats cool too 😎)... But trust me ... lots of small "wins" ad up to BIG changes! •
Maybe a 1 week exercise program and a 5 day meal plan! ... Is that too much? OK ... Let's just try the 3 days of meal planning and 3 days of Yoga instead! •

I love food way to much!
This week I tried something new so I got bbq chicken, zucchini, and chipotle sweet potato fries. Love that it’s super easy to make and tastes delish!! For bbq chicken I just put chicken breast and bbq sauce in a crockpot and let it cook for 4 hours on high, shred it up and serve. For the sweet potato fries I just follow the directions on the packaging. For the zucchini I just cut up the zucchini into slices and sprinkle with paprika and cook in a pan to sear them a little bit.
💥Two Transformations today 💥
First, I’m so proud of this guy ❤️ For the first time in the 5 years that I’ve been helping people reach goals, he completed a program with me..... start to finish. 🙌🏻🙌🏻 My husband has always been my biggest supporter and I was so excited to have him start his own journey.
David puts in long days at work but he committed to 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes. In 8 weeks, he lost 5lbs 👊🏻,established a sustainable routine and IMPROVED ALL of his numbers at his most recent check up with his doctor.
How many of us that are approaching 50 need to do that?!?! Second, is a comparison between my first event as a Coach 5 years ago and now. The changes mentally and physically are too many to count. All of it came from taking a chance and saying YES. Yep, that’s it. Yes to joining a group of amazing women and taking a chance on a program. 5 years later and I’m still here going strong and paying it forward helping people reach their goals while still working on me.
