This is so true. When i contemplated doing #Optavia i had no idea how quickly i would feel like my world was turned upside down - in a good way! I immediately wanted to coach. BALANCE. I keep using this word when I tell people about LIIFT4, but it's the best way for me to describe it.
I feel balanced with my time. I feel balanced about my nutrition. I feel balanced with my sleep. I feel in the best shape of my life yet only doing 4 workouts per week that are around 30 minutes⏱. The other days I can totally rest or whatever activities I’d like. I CAN DO THIS. And you know what?! There’s even a day built into the nutrition plan where you don’t even follow “the plan”, so how cool is that? (Such as this photo above from yesterday 🤪🍹💦☀️🚤)...
Here's some victories some of my group members shared:
💪🏼My most exciting non-scale victory for me is that I look forward to working out again... I even miss it some on the rest days!
💪🏼I’m starting to see a little more definition in my arms, I feel stronger and the fact that I do some of these workouts in the morning is a victory by itself!
