FITNESSZIELE RICHTIG SETZEN ✅
Es gibt immer 2 Zielarten:
- die, die man äußerlich sehen will (ein 6Pack, kleinerer Fettanteil, breitere Schultern usw.)
- und die, die du erreichen sollst, um die Gesundheit zu stärken (wieder Fettabbau gegen Kreislauferkrankungen, Armkraft, um eine bestimmte Arbeitstätigkeit ausführen zu können etc.)
Mein persönliches Pflichtziel ist die Stärkung der Rückenmuskulatur. Dadurch, dass ich täglich bis zu 9 Std im Sitzen verbringe, wird der Rücken geschwächt. 🤳🏼Eine gute Empfehlung für alle Schüler/Studenten/Büroarbeiter: stärkt eure Rückenmuskulatur, um jegliche Wirbelsäuleerkrankungen zu vermeiden und sie durch das Muskelkorsett zu stützen! 💃🏼
Das Gleiche gilt für alle anderen Ziele:
Ein 6-Pack? - Fett abbauen + Bauchmuskeln trainieren
Ein Knack-Po? - Krafttraining mit Komplexübungen
Für jedes Ziel gibt es eine Lösung, man soll aber immer auf eigene Gesundheit achten und alles danach anpassen!🤗

Oh gosh, I could go ON and ON about mindset. It seems to be a buzzword at the moment, but for very good reason. Do you struggle with getting your mind right?
There were literal years that I couldn't find my groove. I would try a million things, doubt myself every step of the way, compare to others in my industry, and then get super down on myself when things didn't work out. A few years ago, I took a major look at my life and my priorities. Things were not connecting and I had no idea why. Then, I had a deep conversation with a friend who was in a rough emotional spot. I remember saying "You just have to figure out exactly what you want and go out with it in your mind that you WILL get it." It seemed pretty generic at the time, but I couldn't stop thinking about it on the way home. This was exactly my problem. I was going for what I thought I SHOULD want, not what I actually DID want out of life. That mind shift was monumental in a wave of change that soon took over. I will get into that another time, but it was the catalyst that I needed to pursue a whole new approach to living, not just a shift in business. I think a lot of that change comes with age and experience. You almost need to experience the nonsense before things click. Right?
I love where my head is at these days. I have made new connections, new business goals have been reached, and growth is now a constant. There are days that I know I need to focus on being more.... focused, but life is just too good to miss out. Mindset change up requires patience, practice, and a whole lot of help from the universe. But, it is so worth it!
Got this wisdom through reading “The Power of Now”. It makes a ton of sense when you truly think about it and give this a shot. -
If you’re truly focused on the present moment, being in the here and now, listening, smelling, touching what’s going on in your immediate experience, you have no attention energy left to feed negative thoughts about the past or the future. There’s just the now. -
The “now” of the “present” is the most powerful (and actually only) moment we ever have to make changes in our life. If we want something different in the future, we need to start doing things NOW to change them. -
How to best focus on the now? Take a deep breath and notice things around you. 5 sensitize your experience. What do you see? What do you feel? What do you hear? Focus deeply on your present experience and you’ll notice, even for just a moment or two, that you’ll be at peace. 🙏🏻
The key to happiness is not spending our time & money on acquiring goods, but spending our time & money on experiencing life.
Invest in experiences, these experiences can be small and simple, whatever works for you.
A good memory is a treasure, which you always have with you and your memory will probably outlast any gadget you are buying nowadays.
In order to live more the moment, one has to learn to say “Yes” more. The best adventures arise from moments when we least expect them.
Filling our mind with “what ifs” is only going to keep us on our couches watching other people live their lives. Before we know it, our “what if” will turn into “should have.”
Start saying “yes” and be present in the moment.

Dreaming to constantly improve your life is great, but it won't do you much good unless you set goals for yourself and then take action on them!

🌗What do you want to accomplish? Set it, and then allow it. Be intentional about what you want. Set yourself up for success.

What if you went for it? What’s the worst that could happen? •
I remember when I decided to join my coach and start my fitness journey. I wasn’t afraid of failure or reaching my goals. •
Because I was ready to go for it. I knew I would reach my goals. What I didn’t know is that I would end up wanting to help other women reach their goals too. •
It was not in my original plan to become a coach. But my journey has been rewarding in ways that I never imagined.
