What's in the Bowl
I haven't shared a "bowl" shot for awhile. So here we have whole ground rabbit, ground canned salmon, beef liver and a superfood treat (the blue stuff).
Recipe for supplement:
*16 oz. Raw Goat Milk
*1 cup Blueberries
*3 oz. Arugula Microgreens
Blend well and freeze into snack size shapes. I poured a little of the fresh blend right in the bowls and froze the rest.
Yep! Fighting monsters takes it out of me. That's my whole life... Cuddle with my humans, Eat, Pee Pee, Poop, Tug, Dig, Chase Leaves, Sleep. Pretty much sums it up! Mom says I have a little Buddha Belly and you can see it here! Sheesh! 🐶 Follow me to learn about what happens next and to see all of my adventures!🐶
There are a lot of ideas, training methods and theories that surround working dogs and in particular protection dogs. No one taught Rone how to bite or protect, only how to fight and use his brain which was built over time with Dyas K9. His ability to do so is genetic.
Rone has never seen a flirt pole, bitten a sleeve, “targeted” an area or had a decoy pet him while on the bite. He’s only been on a full suit and every scenario he’s been through has been different and unrehearsed. He’s not a sport dog and doesn’t get points or awards for his ability to execute routines properly.
He understands that when its time to work it’s not a game and the “decoy” is trying to hurt our family and him. He is 100% business when it’s time to go, never quits and is fixed on the man not the equipment. He has been punched, kicked, picked up and dropped and had objects thrown at him and only goes harder with added pressure. More importantly, he has the ability to turn that switch off within seconds and become a stable dog.
Owning a Malinois/Dutchie/GSD doesn’t mean your dog will protect you. Most have never seen real pressure or been truly tested. Choose a trainer wisely.
Hey everyone, here’s a quick pic of Cam’s meal prep this morning for her boxer pup! Who else out there feeds a raw/fresh food diet for your dog!? Did you know that dogs are naturally carnivores?? While they can benefit from fruits and veggies as well, what they need most is PROTEIN!
All kibble (no matter how high quality) is deficient is certain key minerals, and is so highly processed that it is hard for our dogs to absorb it. A raw or fresh food diet, or even simply adding fresh food to the kibble, can add years to your dog’s life!

Rotating your proteins is SO important. Pending any allergies or elimination diets trying to find an allergy, you should rotate between at least 3-4 proteins a month. Each protein has a different set of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and essential/non-essential amino acids. It also will keep your pet interested as we all know how some of them can be picky or get bored easily.
We personally order every month - Grab N Go pure deal – 24lbs (pure duck, pure beef & pure turkey), pure pork or pork dinner, pure salmon, country blend (turkey & beef), turkey salmon lamb blend, farm fest (turkey, beef and lamb), game bird blend (pheasant, cornish hen & duck) and the fish dinner.
As we feed mostly pures and blend, you’ll see that almost all our meals include herring oil (or hemp oil) and kelp!
