#queenvictoriamarketmelbourne how many queen Victoria markets are there? Is it possible for all of them to built on aboriginal urupa? FFS! Personally I think the name needs to be changed and #queenvictoriamarket you should be ashamed. Over 100 years you've known about this. Last year you bullied and harrassed the komiti for paying their respects to these kaitiaki. And you wanna pay your respects to the govt who you inherited the property off through #theftbydeception? Aue E rahoupoko!

Q: Do you enjoy markets?
Neverwhere was the second book I finished this year. I phrase it like that because I actually started it last year lol. I really liked it a lot. It was mystical, and dark, and had the feel of an old fairytale. What I loved most, perhaps, was the dry British humour and wit that was woven throughout. It was funny in a real way - like, “you’re right Richard, this is impossibly ridiculous, and I will laugh hysterically with you about it all.” It’s my first Gaiman book - the first of many, to be sure.
Went to the Queen Vic Book Market today with a bunch of lovely girls (took this sneaky pic before meeting them all lolz - because there are a few markets in this book!). It was lots of fun. But now back to the reality that I go back to work tomorrow. These are sad times.
Thank you to the genius people at @churro_kitchen who have created the perfect eat-while-walking dessert: vanilla bean icecream & hot Nutella sauce in an edible churros bowl 🤤🤤($12). One of many awesome dishes at @thenightmarket!
