Booty/Leg day for me. Spent all of 2 hours in that haven.
Worked hard, going to be some serious DOMS tomorrow.

Flash back Friday... to a picture and innocent comment that made me make a conscious decision to change my life. My brother saw this picture taken April last year at the summit of Mount Snowden and innocently asked who the ‘big guy’ in the pic was. Yep you got it right it was me with my friend and sister 😱 it took a few weeks but I found someone who I believed could help me get my life back on track. Now I’m 5 stone lighter and setting goals I never would have believed I’d have the confidence to do. With the guidance and support from @ifbb_pro_melissa_jayne and my husband and family / friends especially my sister @melissa.williams_ I’m doing it in a healthy and positive way.
