Bodybuilding is all about symmetry, proportion and creating an illusion. Being a physique competitor you don’t need to be the biggest or heaviest or a mass monster, you just need to be big in the right areas while having a waist the size of an ankle 😂....if you prefer this look and want to create this illusion, prioritise growing your lats and your shoulders while remaining under 12% body fat all year long. (keeping your condition all year long is very important!!) It’ll keep your waist tiny, you’ll be able to see the areas that are lagging and it means you’ll come in drier and harder every year🙌🏽
