Sharing a message that came to me last night: Just be. Being is more important than doing. You don’t have to do anything to deserve love. You just are loved. If you don’t have to do anything to earn love you can just be. In our being we are loved.
Let go of any expectations. Live in each moment and don’t project into the future because in projecting into the future you are trying to play God. Only God knows what is the highest good for all and what is best, all we need to do is to trust God because God loves us and wants the best for us.
You don’t have to be perfect. Perfect is just an illusion. Nothing is ever done and complete, there is always more to do. You can never do enough, you can just be. And in being you will realize you are perfect. Doing and doing and doing is exhausting. Just be and let life unfold and flow.
We all have a deep inner knowing of how loved we are and we need to come to realize that in our own time.

The Importance of Leading from the Heart ❤️
Did you know that the heart has 5,000x more magnetic potency and energetic frequency than the brain?! And yet all along we’ve been trained to use the brain to make decisions…
What if there was a way we could use the heart in decision making? Better yet, what if we could synch the brain and the heart?
Good thing there is a way to do this! It’s called heart-brain coherence and it’s the optimal state we can be in to manifest what we desire and begin to make decisions in clarity with what our true inner being desires.
I’ve mastered the art of achieving this state over the past 7 months or so, and I am SO excited to teach it to my students in the P2P Academy.
Here’s a little snippet of how you can get into the “vortex” and synch your heart brain coherence:
1. Get into a relaxed state by taking 10 deep breaths
2. Pause. Allow the thoughts of the past and future to melt away
3. Once any worrying and anxiety has gone away, allow yourself to feel grateful and love for all you have in the current, present moment
4. Repeat the above process 3x per day for as little as 3 minutes at a time
Tapping into my heart frequencies has allowed my voice my truth, speak clearly in what I help my students achieve and my mission on this planet.

I don’t know who can relate to this but I’ve been told so many times that I work too much. I was called being a workaholic.
Well, I can tell you that when you love what you do and your goals are accompanied with your burning desire to reach them, your work is not work anymore, it’s a way of living.
I never met not even one successful person who would achieve his goal with being obsessed with it!
Do you think if Steve Jobs wouldn’t be obsessed with his idea we would have Apple?
Just an example ... Well, just wanted you to know that I do “work” every day. I can’t imagine a day going by without touching my business, reading a business related book, etc.
With that being said, happy weekend to those who take weekends off and wishing a successful and creative day to those who “work” on their goals 👍

Winter storm Harper is currently putting on a show for us here in the Midwest. Who else has anxiety about driving in the snow? 🙄Yes I was born and bred in the Midwest with plenty of exposure to snow and practice driving in it. But that also means seeing plenty of accidents, sliding out plenty of times and dealing with More than plenty of inconsiderate other drivers.
So as I sit in this moment of gratitude knowing that me and mine are so provided for that we don't have to brave Harpers wrath today, I am at peace. ♥︎To those of you like me that have to face Harper anyway know that you are covered. I currently just started classes and am wrapping my head around how I’ll be tackling my LAST SEMESTER EVER of undergrad! It’s crazy! I never expected it to come so soon.
Usually, school comes with a lot of anxiety for me. I get so caught up getting the perfect grade, if I’lI be able to keep up with all those DANG reasons, and everything else in between. But this year- I went to my first class yesterday with the approach of ENJOYMENT.
I promised myself that this year... instead of dreading more work that makes me want to blow my brains out... 🤯 I was going to be excited about learning, be appreciative of my lessons, and do my best without getting stressed! (Kind of like how we feel before 4-5 years of school and aren’t jaded, am I right? Lol.)
Who else is going back to school with me? Or how about work? How are YOU going to make a DIFFERENCE in your attitude this year?
So change your attitude to change your life. It’s as simple as it sounds. Cliché? Yes. Powerful? Double YES.
