Today is the last day of my 7 week challenge 🎉🎉🎉 Honestly I feel incredibly let down by my body because I have put so much into these past 7 weeks & I haven’t seen the results I wanted & I am mostly excited for tomorrow to come because I want to set new goals & just have fun & enjoy this journey rather than putting this insane amount of pressure on myself! I want to celebrate my non scale victories more, I want to feel proud of my fitness, my determination & consistency more, I want to not be so fixated on my weight. It is stealing my joy to be honest. So bring on tomorrow babes ❤️✨🙌🏼 .
This morning was arm day 💦 & I’m going for a run today at lunch (if I can with this crazy weather we are having ⛈ How crazy was the storm last night Sydney babes?? 😳) so I’m pumped to finish strong & I’m really excited for whatever comes next 😘✌🏼💛

Shoulders & HiiT Intervals this morning to start the day right. I woke up last minute pretty tired even if I went to bed early yesterday 🤦🏻♀️. Then I was about to leave the house when I noticed that my morning class got canceled. 🤘🏻🎉 No need to say I was pretty pumped about it! 🙌🏻 Workout is done and I'm enjoying a warm bath on this cold rainy day. 🍂🍁
Mornings with this munchkin are The. Best. 🙌🏼 She’s getting funnier everyday and surprises me all the time with something new she’s learned or picked up. The newest being “thanks, mom!” when I give her something. My heart melted the first time I heard it! 😭😍 Or if we aren’t paying attention to her right then, she grabs our faces and manually turns us to face her. 🤦🏼♀️ That one may get her in trouble in the future...! 😆

This is EVERYONE who is overtly successful in their careers - stay-at-home moms, medical professionals, writers, entrepreneurs, the list goes on..
Why? Your health is important and flows into ALL aspects of your life. Taking care of YOU gives you the ability to give it your all in your careers and for your kids.
Creating routines and the discipline to put yourself first is a foundation for utilizing that discipline in the other areas of your life.
If your trying to figure out HOW to advance in your career or be all you can be for your kids - try putting your health first. Cut the excuses and just do it. We are all busy. We all have things to do. You only get ONE ☝️ chance at this life - strive to be the best version of you possible.

Week 2 Day 3 Shoulders is done!!
My abs are already sore from the ending core component, and my shoulders are feeling so good (for now 😋)! Today, I did shoulder flies without needing to drop my weights at all, which is a huge step up from last week! In almost two weeks, I already feel stronger, and that feels awesome!

The end of my training session today looked something like this! 💧
▪️Bilateral Cable Curls 8-10 reps
▪️Triceps Pushdowns 8-10 reps
▪️Cable Curls 4-8 reps
▪️Overhead Tricep Extensions 4-8 reps
30 secs rest for a total of 3 sets!

When you're a busy person, have only a certain amount of time to work out, you want to know what works so you don't go wasting your time on things that don't! A question I get asked very often is do I have to change my exercises often to get better results. My answer is a big fat No! Here's why...
Your muscles need progressive overload to grow. That means is your muscles get used to a certain load and stop growing and getting stronger. It's simply not enough anymore. But you don't have to change your exercises to not get your muscles used to an exercise!
All you need to do is add more weight to what you are doing now or do more reps! That will still challenge your muscles and make them grow, get stronger!
I have been doing pretty much the same exercises for a year and still see awesome progress! Do you have a staple exercise you never want to stop doing? For me its deadlifts 💪

Twoje mięśnie potrzebują progresywnego przeciążenia. Co to znaczy, że twoje mięśnie się przyzwyczajają do pewnego ciężaru i przestają rosnąć. Zwyczajnie im to już nie starczy! Ale to nie znaczy, że musisz odrazu zmieniać wszystkie ćwiczenia!
Wystarczy, że dodasz więcej ciężaru do tego co teraz robisz, albo więcej powtórzeń! To da Twoim mięśniom wezwanie, żeby dalej rosnąć i stawać się silniejsze!
Ja robię praktycznie te same ćwiczenia od roku i nadal widzę super efekty! A Ty masz jakieś stałe ćwiczenie, które możesz zawsze robić? U mnie martwy 💪

Starting the Beyond Raw: Raw Elements detoxifying/nutrient absorption enhancing stack today. Haven't heard too much about it so if you have, please share your thoughts! As well as the Body Dynamix Water Reduction pill because I've had a huge issue with bloating since rebooting my creatine intake (I've tried just pure HCL creatine and couldn't do it bc of the taste 🙃). In addition to counting my macros again.
