I just want to say thank you so much for everyone’s replies on my story this morning. I can’t believe how many others are in the same boat. When she has a bad night I really beat myself up and just try to rack my brains to what I’m doing wrong. When this account was solely fitness I met a few friends now I do mum stuff I’ve met SO many lovely women. It’s such a supportive community. Today we are staying home to focus on naps, she just woke from a 2.5 hour one!

I loved this morning workout and so proud I came in under the 16 minute mark. Most certainly getting stronger and my endurance is increasing.
