We are living to create. Create new experiences, create opportunities, constantly create new benchmarks for ourselves and our environment.
Start by finding the soul. Which occurs by long-term and intensive reflection. It can take a lifetime without success. It depends on how much you reflect and seek new experiences to reflect on.
We are driven by fear or love.
Of egoism or altruism. What destroys our driving towards a vision is: Fear, Pride, Shame. This goes hand in hand with egoism.
There are Seven Living Principles to achieve spiritual awakening: Altruism (Providing) - Right Action - Chastity / Faith / Abstinence - Humility - Love - Joy for others - Tolerance. The seven contradictory principles are: Greed - Laziness - Lust - Pride - Hatred / Aggression - Gluttony - Jealousy.
Have a strong vision, a vision that is idealistic that seems almost impossible but which you know you will dedicate your life to. That can take five, 10, 20, 40 or 100 years to achieve. A vision which you know you will strive for, even with non-existent or small progress on a daily basis.
Make sure that your vision is common with your closest people you will live with or work with on a daily basis. Never take advice from someone who has not thoroughly proven progress in the area to which the council refers.
Never take anything for granted. Have a vision, but learn to live without any desires.
True happiness is achieved when living without desire. "Desire caused all gods to fall from their places ... And it is desire that leads all creatures to hell" (Skanda Purana 1.1.21 (Hinduism)) The world is full of possibilities!
What determines how much we can seize it, depends on the extent to which we respect our time.
Either we spend time with things that do not develop us personally, in groups or society to an explicit vision. Or, we become non-time drifters by constantly engaging in any definite goal. - Nasim Aweidah
