Hair goals!! Are you trying to grow out your hair? If so, here are two tips:
1) After your shower, leave your hair in our micro fibre frizz eaze turbies for 20 minutes. Remove your hair from Turbie when it is 50% dry. To detangle wet hair, be sure to start from the bottom and work your way up — we often instinctually go from the scalp down, but that just brings small tangles into one large knot and can cause you to lose a lot of hair.
2) increase blood circulation in scalp with @sninaturalhairoil. Add this to your weekly routine for great results.

6 ingredient PROTEIN BROWNIE BITES made by our friend Belinda @beachsidekitchen 🙌🏻 perfect afternoon pick me up, post workout nibble, or healthy dessert. These are no-bake, gluten-free and refined sugar-free, They’re easy to make and taste like a fudge brownie! .
PROTEIN BROWNIE BITES
2 scoops LivWell cacao plant protein
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs cacao powder
2 tbs water
2 tbs cashew butter (any nut butter works)
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (non-dairy) .
Mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips. You may need to add more water or nut butter to get a thick dough-like texture. Fold in chocolate chips. Roll into balls - makes about 15.

Party tip❗️BRING THE VEGGIE TRAY! And no, I don’t mean the store bought veggie tray (although that’s good when you’re in a pinch) make your OWN! The veggie tray is my GO TO dish to bring to a party! Why? Because it ensures I have something nutritious to snack on! Doesn’t mean I won’t snack on some chips & dip too! But it does give me the option to fill up on veggies more than anything else! It also makes me SO happy because a lot of people actually ENJOY having the veggies to snack on amongst all the other food! More times than not, my veggie tray gets completely eaten up! Sharing nutritious foods with others is awesome! 😋
Today’s Seahawk game veggie tray consists of : cucumber, peppers, celery & carrots + @hopefoods original hummus! 🙌🏼 .

Speaking of pumpkin... we have a total of 3 pumpkins from our little garden that made it!! Two appear to be ripe, the other getting there 🤗 So happy the garden pests didn’t eat every blossom! I haven’t decided what to do with the pumpkins yet, but I’ll be sure to let you all know if they’re even edible 😂🎃

Have you tried pH pink lip balms? I have a couple from @givenchybeauty & @buxomcosmetics and I love both of them. As you can 👀 they make a huge difference in your natural lip color with minimal effort. This is a new one from my friends at @beautybypopsugar— how pretty does it turn out once applied?! 😍
I prepped with their sugar lip scrub and then tried to annihilate the left over *seriously wtf* dead skin with a public restroom quality paper towel. I hydrated my lips and cuticles (it’s multi-use) with their lip save + finished off with the perfectly pink lip bloom, which hue is matched to your pH. V good. Tan is @tan_luxe tanning mousse - lmk if you want another tanning transformation from a human sheet of paper to this shade lol
Be smooth sugar lip scrub.
