Day 11 Lunch: I had a total cheat/binge day yesterday, so bad that I felt too ashamed to post it. I had an extra personal pizza, side, and tons of candy. It was bad. But today I’m back on track! This delicious lunch of baked salmon and steamed broccoli and cauliflower is only 254 calories, and exactly what I need. #fooddiary#weightloss
