It’s been a journey for me learning how to be healthy. I used to believe this supplement or that one would help make me healthier. I’ve come back to food. 1️⃣ 1 1/2 cups #birchbender paleo pancake mix
2️⃣ 1 1/2 cups almond milk
3️⃣ 1 tblspn #cinnamon
4️⃣ Heat up skillet and make your pancakes... (I add #chiaseeds and #blueberries onto the batter on the skillet to add a lot of flavor and #phytonutrients to each pancake)
5️⃣ garnish the plate with whatever berries or fruit you want
6️⃣ add 1 tbspn #nutbutter and 1 tbspn #honey to garnish. 🥚🥚🥚

Oma paraneminen lähti liikkeelle siitä, kun lisäsin ruokavalioon ison määrän vihanneksia ja hedelmiä sekä nautin smoothien ja vihermehun joka päivä.

Mitä enemmän syön vihanneksia ja hedelmiä, niin mieliteot katoavat. Solumme kaipaa ravinteita ja ravinneköyhä keho on usein täysin sokerikoukussa.
Vatsaongelmista kärsiessäni ei kukaan kertonut minulle ravinnosta.
Tai no vältä maitoa ja viljoja. Jossain kohtaa en jaksanut olla sairas ja lähdin lukemaan lisää ravinnosta ja kehostamme.

When you have some nobly celeriac leftover in the fridge, oh what to do with the remainder?
When we think of fritters, we often think of deeply fried ones, these I've baked making them lovely and light. If you are following veganuary, are a vegan or vegetarian, simply leave out the bacon.
These are so easy to make, make either in advance for lunch boxes or simply serve as a weekend brunch with an egg on top 😋
Handful of grated celeriac
2 rashes of bacon (nitrate free)
3 tblsp milled flax seeds
2 tblsp buckwheat flour
2 - 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
Method: ▪Grate both the courgette and celeriac, taking care to remove/squeeze excess liquid from the courgette. ▪cut up the bacon into little pieces and fry gently until brown ▪in a large bowl combine the courgette, celeriac, bacon, flax seeds, buckwheat flour, egg, garlic and seasoning ▪taking spoonfuls of mixture drop on to a prepared baking tray and flatten slightly. ▪ bake in the oven, gas mark 200°c for approx 15mins or until crispy and golden

C'est la médecine fondée sur l'utilisation des végétaux (fruits, racines, plantes...).
Déjà 3000 ans avant J.-C. nos ancêtres se soignaient par la phytothérapie (décoction de plantes par exemple). De nos jours, de nombreux principes actifs chimiques sont issus ou inspirés des plantes. Avec la montée en puissance de la chimie moderne, de plus en plus de molécules de synthèse sont créées, mais le nombre d'effets secondaires augmente en parallèle...
On sent donc nettement ces dernières années une volonté de retour au naturel, avec l'utilisation des plantes pour prendre soin de sa santé. De nombreux blogs, livres, guides existent pour savoir utiliser les végétaux à la maison.
Les points importants pour aborder la phytothérapie :
- Garder en tête que, même si les produits sont naturels, ils peuvent être puissants, voire très puissants pour certains. C'est un avantage pour se soigner, mais un inconvénient pour qui les utilise à la légère... Il existe, comme pour les médicaments chimiques, des contre-indications à respecter pour les enfants, la femme enceinte ou allaitante...
- Chaque plante a un nom latin, qui fait référence. C'est important d'en tenir compte pour choisir exactement la bonne plante.
- On trouve des plantes sous différentes formes : séchées pour usage en décoction (tisanes), ou sous formes à avaler directement : comprimés, gélules, différents extraits de plantes, avec ou sans alcool (teintures mères, SIPF : suspensions intégrales de plantes fraîches, EPS : extraits de plantes standardisés...)... Chacun a sa posologie et son mode d'utilisation, une cuillère à café d'EPS ne vaut pas une cuillère à café de teinture mère par exemple.
- Préférer les plantes de qualité biologique, car selon le mode d'extraction on récupérera dans le produit fini différentes molécules indésirables,
- Choisir un ouvrage de base pour commencer, maîtriser quelques plantes et leur utilisation pour «se faire la main». Par la suite, il est possible de prendre en charge de nombreux troubles grâce aux plantes 😊
