It's ok, not to be ok sometimes. It's ok to take a step back and see what makes you unhappy with your life. It's ok wanting to be alone for a day. But what happens if that's your everyday life? It is called depression and it is something you should not be ashamed of. All people go through depression at least once in their life, most of them without realizing! Here are some depression symptoms which can vary from mild to severe and can include:
-Feeling sad or having a depressed mood
-Loss of interest or pleasure in activities once enjoyed
-Changes in appetite — weight loss or gain unrelated to dieting
-Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much
-Loss of energy or increased fatigue
-Increase in purposeless physical activity (e.g., hand-wringing or pacing) or slowed movements and speech (actions observable by others)
-Feeling worthless or guilty
-Difficulty thinking, concentrating or making decisions
-Thoughts of death or suicide
Symptoms must last at least two weeks for a diagnosis of severe depression. Depression can be treated and for those of you who have gone through that: It doesn't define us, it only made us stronger.
Please be aware, not only for you but to help your family and friends, in case of need.

I had a look at my storage drive the other day and in the past 3 years I have taken or at least saved 35,000 photos! That's mad isn't it? I mean they need sorting as I expect there are some mispresses and duplicates but still...
Each month or so, I send off for a few to be printed to be added to Alyssa's photo albums and get a couple to display because I think, what's the point in taking them if noone can see them!
The lovely people at @truprintphotos#GIFTED me some prints and can you believe these gorgeous glass framed prints are just £9! It's mad because they are gorgeous. I was expecting a little cardboard frame like the ones on school pictures. These are going to look great round the house and I'll be ordering some as Christmas gifts too!
And just like that she's 9 months (+ six days). I thought second time around was going to be easier but it's more testing than ever! T is nothing like what her sister was at this age, she is so adventurous, exploring everything possible and keeping me on my toes from morning till night.
