One of the sweetest gals you could ever meet and her brand new little baby. ⠀
A few years ago now, we were lucky enough to score her as my daughter's teacher in Year 3. That was a fantastic year for my Moo under the guidance of two **amazing** empowering women. At a time of such growth and change these women, who are so clearly in the right job, made all the difference during a year where it's common to see a bit of bullying starting. ⠀
Empowering girls and women is a massive passion of mine. To be honest, I'm not sure I've hit my sweet spot in how to action that in my life yet. I look forward to the day when I find that perfect personal project that can effectively convey how strongly I feel about it. I want to empower young girls to realise that they can, and should, support each other rather than tear each other down. I want to show women that are excelling in what they do, just how friggen spectacular that is. From our teachers, our nurses, our police offers to our stay at home mums. So many women that I speak to feel that they're not doing enough, they're not achieving anything, they're not doing stuff that should be proud of. Yet I see it every day. The exhausted mum at pickup, who's just pulled a night shift caring for patients - I see you. The mum at the school sports carnival, who just appears out of nowhere when an elderly man falls to the ground unconscious, just owning the situation, calling an ambulance and attending to his needs like the professional that she is. The mum sitting in the car with her head in her hands as her child refuses to get out of the car for school (oh that's right, that was me last week). I see the women that are in our police force. I'm lucky enough to know so many of them. Owning their space. Owning their roles and just being complete bad-asses. The brave women running their own businesses, the women studying to change their career mid life. The women that dedicate their lives to helping others. My mother, my grandmother. Women are amazing. Freaking amazing. I know I haven't even scratched the surface here. ⠀
Tag the amazing women that you know. Lets recognise them!!

Preparing baby food safely at home. ⠀
Babies are at greater risk of food poisoning because their immune systems have not developed enough to fight off bacterial infections. We must take care when preparing, serving and storing baby food at home. ⠀
Here are my top tips for preparing baby food safely at home. ⠀
1. Wash your hands with antibacterial soap before preparing or serving food. This might sound simple but many food poisoning bacteria are transferred to food from our hands. ⠀
2. Food poisoning bacteria don’t grow well on all food. Take extra care when preparing meats (incl fish and poultry), eggs, dairy and rice. ⠀
3. Bacteria grow and multiply when food is at room temperature. Don’t leave food outside the fridge (unless you’re using it!) for any period of time. ⠀
4. Cool food quickly to prevent the buildup of harmful bacteria. Transfer larger quantities into shallow containers and place in the fridge to cool. ⠀
5. Baby food can be stored in the fridge for 3 days - including the day it is cooked. If in doubt, throw it out. ⠀

🖤 I have a nephew (and a niece who’s not sure wtf is going on)
I believe in real food for little foodies. ⠀
One of the first things you’ll notice about Tiny Turtle Baby Food is that it smells amazing. ⠀
I don’t believe in watering down flavour for babies. All of our products smell amazing because they taste amazing. ⠀
We now have 6 stage two purées in our vibrant lineup adding three delicious flavours to our range this week: ⠀
🐟Organic Snapper and Citrus Vegies ⠀
🍗Organic Chicken and Mild Coconut Curry ⠀
🥕Organic Red Lentil and Vegie Bake ⠀
We provide the variety your baby needs without taking any of your precious time. ⠀
This absolute little sweetheart was in the studio this week. Little Hannah. How amazing is she?!!
I can't wait to share lots more of these pics with you. I'm so happy with how they are turning out. They really are so special. To just think that in 6 short months she will look completely different is amazing. Thanks Yasi & Sorousha for choosing me to be a part of this special time!

So first of all, I just wanted to jump on and say a gigantic thank you to my Instagram community. After my meltdown the other day, I received so many messages from you guys. And they weren’t just quick messages, they were long, detailed, well thought out messages from so many of you guys that I don’t even know!
I am honestly so grateful, not only for you all following and supporting my journey and for believing In me, but also for taking the time out of your day to actually check in on me when I’m not doing so well ☔️
If you messaged me. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed. I’m feeling so very blessed to have people like you guys check in on me and see if I’m doing ok. Your words made a world of difference. And for those wondering, yes I’m feeling a lot better and majority of that reason is thanks to you guys 🥰 #blessed
