But the truth of the matter is that my beautiful body has grown and birthed 3 amazing little people.
I’m not someone who is generally very comfortable about putting myself and my photos out on social media but this is something I feel quite passionate about.
To me, my body is amazing. It astounds me year after year of what it can achieve. It’s not perfect but I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m strong and I’m comfortable in who I am. Yes I have lots of wrinkles on my belly but I’m so proud of them and what they stand for.
I am body positive, imperfections all.

MASTER THE MOVE MONDAYS - SINGLE LEG STRETCH ♨️ This wonderful exercise tones and strengthens the abdominal muscles as well as stabilising the core ♨️ You'll have a little brucie bonus by feeling the engagement through the hip flexors and quads and you extend and retract 💪 If you get this right you will work your core to the core 😜 ➡ Lay on your back, lifting head neck and shoulders off the floor
➡ Bend both knees in towards chest to get into starting position
➡ Straighten one leg whilst gently holding the other towards the knee & shin
➡ Keep the torso stable through the hips and pelvis
➡ Tack the legs out and back in line with the hips
Don't hold your breath, choose one leg to inhale with the movement and the other to exhale with the movement
