Haters would say this is a lot of peanut butter haha. It’s actually not that much it’s just all melted 😂 . One of my all time fave oatmeal toppings are just frozen blueberries that are heated up cus u almost get like a sweet sauce from the blueberries and it’s just. So. Good.

Oats have been a staple of mine for sooo long it’s ridiculous actually. I pretty much used to do the exact same thing when I was losing weight just without the PB and I would add a scoop of protein powder. Not because peanut butter (or fat in general) is bad for weight loss, just because fat is easier to consume than protein is, so when I was on lower calories I’d rather save my fat for other meals and get some protein out of the way. Just saying this to tell my fat-loss peeps out there that u don’t have to necessarily eat less volume of food when dieting u just need to tweak some things :)
