Happy Hump Day!
So excited for all the new adventures I’m starting. Can’t wait to see where things go.
It’s all a bit overwhelming. I’m definitely working for it, but I know it’s going to be worth it.
Society often puts expectations on us that we have to do ____, _____, and ____ to be enough. Society wants perfection. This pressure often feels like a boulder holding us into a fixed space. Don't let it!
It's not a bad thing to strive for perfection, but know that you will slip, you will fall, and you will fail... and that's okay! Don't let someone or something drag you down from keeping at it! It's normal! Take it as a learning experience and an opportunity for further growth!
It's easy in our resolution and fad diet culture to start hot and fade out within months, weeks or even days. This is why I'm a big fan of targeting a couple habits at a time because you aren't overwhelmed. You target just a couple things, which makes it doable when work, school, family or other commitments get in the way.
Another discourager is when a previously established habit slips up and you have to address something you thought you were solid on. Again... it's okay! Things happen and as you beat those challenges again and again it gets easier to maintain them.
So keep at it! Allow for failures and allow for imperfection! It takes time to develop habits and reach goals!
Have you ever been on our driveway ? So right about now it is a mudders dream. Seriously I love drifting around our dirt (mud) driveway in my little car 😂😂 but how cool would it be to do it in a BenZ? 😂😂😂 I mean I probably wouldn't but just saying I could lol and the reality is I could be driving that snazzy new car up this dirt ranch road THIS YEAR!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 #goals ~Let me tell ya , when I go pick it out my team is gonna be there♥️ because they are such a huge part of this, but would you believe me if I told you they could be driving one of their own as well‼️
Never in a million years did I think I could be driving a new Benz, without this company and my business it just wouldn't be possible.
Technically I have owned a Benz before , her name was Buttercup and she was a diesel 1981♥️♥️ loved that car 🚗 but I paid for it and she was a little oldie but goodie. ~Rodan and Fields just partnered with Mercedes Benz to reward hard working consultants with a brand new car! You could literally join right now and earn one before the end of the year with me! Let that sink in! 😍
While the car is all glitz and glam and well AWESOME 🙌🏻check out what else is coming in 2019! 👇🏼 🌏 New Countries!

While you may not understand what this business is about yet, I can tell you first hand that I have seen it rescue people from debt, bring parents home to their kids, allow people to open up their hearts and homes to adoption and foster kids , so much goodness I can't even mention it all. The biggest blessing you might not know is that this business is allowing people to SERVE others.
So sure the perks, the gifts, the travel, the car, all that is the fun stuff but to be able to truly make a difference in someone's life ♥️ That's what it's ALL about 💯
All I want to do is sleep right now but I still have to pack and shower... we leave in 6ish hours... I’m right on schedule 😂 Fortunately Gram made this chicken, barley, and veggie dish a few nights ago. I love when meals last for multiple days. And it’s a plus when they’re healthy!
hump day, grump day, slump day: however you view the most middle-child of weekdays, we hope you did something you’re proud of! it could be small, seemingly inconsequential; all that matters is that you did it, girl! embrace thursday and all the challenges it brings, hopefully in a powerful, pocketful outfit!
Left: 25 years old. Drinking like it was my job. Zero fucks. Reckless, depressed, suicidal. Haunted by my past and present. Dysfunctional relationships with my friends, family, men and myself. In denial. Absolutely not a care in the world as to whether or not I would even wake up the next day. Hated life. Hated myself. ⚠️
Right: 35 years old. Sober AF. Healthy!! Present in my life. Owning my shit. Tackling my demons one after the other. Committed to becoming a better version of myself every fucking day. I finally found myself. I found ❤️LOVE❤️for myself. I CHOSE MYSELF and dumped everything that was hindering me. LIVING one day at a time and this shit is good!! 🥳🥳🥳
Nothing happens ⭐UNTIL YOU DECIDE⭐ So... Are you ready to decide? ...
You can. 💪
Sometimes we need to remember to practice what we preach. In my meditation this morning, I was guided to re-read my book Awaken the Spirit Within. I randomly opened up to Chapter 3, Recognize Your Role. It was a great reminder that we are powerful co-creators of our life experience. The following passage jumped out at me:
When you step back and look at your life, understand that much of what you see - the people, circumstances, experiences, and situations - has shown up in response to your mental invitation. Good or bad, I encourage you to be accountable for what you've invited into your life. Own it. And if you don't like what you see, determine to change it. You have the power to create a different reality for yourself by continuing the practice of reflection, quieting your mind on a day-to-day basis and allowing your intuitive wisdom, rather than a limited mind perspective, to guide you forward. While taking your intuition's lead requires faith and trust, I hope you can recognize that you have a choice in how you experience your life.
Same but different. I have been looking at everyones #10yearchallenge and decided to jump in and find a picture. It’s funny that a silly challenge made me realize so much. For me it’s not about how I look 10 years on, it about the mountains I have climbed, the things I have lost and gained, the challenges and triumphs I’ve experienced and the fact that I am still standing. It’s about taking a minute to acknowledge the journey I have been on, and to cut myself some slack because a lot of stuff transpired in that decade. The reflection was good, some of the memories were nice to revisit, the lessons were life changing, the scars are healing and the path forward although unclear will be taken with more insight, clarity, experience and knowledge.
