You won't get any sh*t done if you are distracted. Focus on ONE thing at a time. I meant it.
January brings many new distractions because of the energy in the air - everyone is ready to "start fresh", "smash it" and "go big". These are distractions.
All you need to do is keep moving forward, ignoring all the noise.
A lof of this noise comes from your social media addiction and phone obsessions (I get it, I am a cyborg too😆🤖). Two things you should do right not to improve your business (and life!!): 1. Go to Settings on your phone and turn off ALL your apps noticfations (esp social media and emails).
2. Download Newsfeed Eradicator and install on your computer.
3. Breath in, breath out and get on with your day.

I am reading “The ONE Thing” by real estate magnate Gary Keller. He teaches a simple approach to productivity based around this simple question to help us have LESS clutter, distraction and stress and MORE focus, energy and success.
It’s a game changer. Now I just have to figure out what that ONE thing is... I also read Michelle Obama’s Becoming and a bunch of yoga books. Does that mean I am distracted?

To achieve your goals takes ONE thing and ONE THING ONLY. Absolute FOCUS! 🎯 That's the key! I've tried to build multiple businesses all at once because of the common saying "you have to have multiple income streams!" .
And it's not that you shouldn't have multiple streams of income, it's just about realizing that you must successfully build one stream of income FIRST so that if you walk away from it, it would still bring in cash flow. Once you get to that point, THEN you go onto to building other streams 💲💲💲
If you take anything from this, take away the lesson of focusing on ONE thing and not to spread yourself thin. I've been there and did that and it left me flat out broke and struggling. 😭 If only I would've know this sooner! 🙈 Oh, and I feel like I don't have to say this but..... make sure you focus on something that has unlimited potential. Staying focused in a 9-5 won't take you anywhere. BE APART OF SOMETHING🙌

After all the dust settles from the excitement of Christmas and New Years we’re left with, “okay now what?!”
I’ve been reflecting on the past years both personally and professionally. Analyzing what I’ve done well, what I wish I could change or would have changed and once in awhile I find myself feeing like a deer in headlights deciding on how to go about this year.
Instead of thinking myself into paralysis I am going to take action and start with figuring out my ONE THING, for Shark’s Bites of Life.
Your one thing doesn’t have to be crazy big, it can be a simple concept that requires daily actions compounding to make one big thing. (As I am typing this I think I already decided my one thing🤗❤️)
The cool part about having ONE THING, is you can have ☝🏼 thing for your fitness goal, ☝🏼 thing for your professional life, ☝🏼 thing for your family life, ☝🏼 thing for your marriage or relationships.
Break things down to small daily actions and it won’t be so daunting to get started!
