This company, Olivers Markets, is more than just a grocery store! It is where i have spent the last three yrs plus doing what I love doing! They allowed me to be creative and have fun with work! Their motto is work to live, not live to work. I wish every company thought like that and treated their employees with as much respect and camaraderie as they have shown me. It has been a pleasure to work with each and every one of them and I can only hope that they continue to thrive! I feel blessed to be able to call them my family! CHICKEN VERDE BURRITO BOWL 🌮
Chicken verde + pico de gallo + avocado + shredded cabbage + rice + fresh cilantro + tortillas of your choice
Quick & easy instant pot chicken verde recipe for you ..
2 lbs chicken breast
16 oz jar of salsa verde (I used @wholefoods brand)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Add all ingredients, except cilantro, into instant pot and cook for 12-15 minutes. (I used chicken breast tenderloins so only needed 12 minutes of cook time)
Once the timer is up, let it naturally release for about 5 minutes then release the steam value.
Shred chicken and add in 1/2 bunch of fresh chopped cilantro
** Don’t have an instant pot? You could boil the chicken until cooked, shred then add back into a pot with the salsa verde, paprika & cumin until heated **
