One of the most challenging exercises we’ve done together as a team has been to craft Yes Theory’s “Why” Statement.
It sounds crazy but there are so many reasons of why we do what we do and so many different things the team wants to impact in the future.
I urge every person and company to think about this question and try to answer it in no more than two short, easy to understand, and impactful sentences.
