How do you spend your Sunday?
Sunday’s for me have gone from chill to productive. Don’t get me wrong having a chill day is needed. But for me being my only day off I like to be productive and plan my week ahead. Plan my meals, plan my workouts, my schedule, make sure all clients and everything is ready for the week ahead. It sets me up with a good mindset for the week rather then disorganised and falling behind for the week #aintnobodygottimeforthat
It’s not too late to set a weekly goal for this week or even have one thing planned whether it be your meals or planning to get those workouts in.

Lovely weekend at the National Watersports Festival. SUP boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing and sleeping in a van...perfect 👌🏻🏄🏼♀️🚣🏼♀️⛵️🛶🏕 Eventful journey up here-took a coach, train, bus, walked and hitchhiked! Let’s hope we make it back okay ;) @elliejooconnell
