Gurkha regiments have many shared connections and history with Scottish regiments. Close ties have been forged between them during the period of British empire.
Gurkhas fought alongside the Highlanders in North West Frontier, were the martial races of empire and have established the love for wearing tartan which goes as far as back home in the Himalaya.

The ‘Nat’ tuck 😜 - tucking hips slightly forward otherwise known as posterior tilt. As explained in video is to isolate the Movement more and feel it properly through the target muscle (gluteus upper/lower maximus). When not applied then you may likely experience the weight not dominant in target area and pressure within the lower back or neck.

If you still think carbs are the enemy then I’m sad to say your living under a rock. If you still think carbs are labelled good or bad then your living under a rock too! Unfortunately this false information as been drilled into our minds for years and if you ask yourself where did hear it from I bet you wouldn’t know the answer... -
What wins and is king at the end of the day is calories in calories out! So calories!! Calories are made up protein, fats and carbs. Carbs and protein equal the same amount of calories per gram. 1g = 4 cals!
Do you label proteins then as good or bad?
What matters is the quantity! Of course certain foods have higher dosage of carbs But it doesn’t make it bad for you it’s how much of it your having. Same goes for how much fats and protein your having too.
My day consists of a mix of all types of carbs. End of the day it hasn’t left me putting weight on or being ‘naughty’ as it’s all within the calorie intake my body requires.
