Quinoa stuffed eggplant is definitely worth a try if you haven’t made it. The prepping takes time but once their in the oven your done. 😁 cook 1 cup of quinoa as instructed add 1 tsp of turmeric and salt. Once cooked as pictured add thinly raw diced 2 tomatoes, 1/2 cup parsley and the inside of the eggplants that will were carved out. About 12 slices of store bought roared garlics. Place everything in the cooked quinoa with 1 tspn curry & cover. In the mean time, the carved medium eggplants boil in a pot for about 12 minutes as pictured, used 4 whole eggplants take out and start stuffing each eggplant. Place in a baking dish with olive oil in the bottom & bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Drizzled with Tahini dressing. It’s basically tahini, lemon & honey. If you don’t like eggplants use peppers, zucchini, tomatoes & etc...——————————————-

A falta de diálogo e conhecimento das pessoas sobre a origem do alimento, das roupas, cosméticos, de animais em cativeiro, o restringimento de informação do abuso animal, traz consequências enormes à esses seres que deveriam ser mantidos em seu habitat natural.
Acredito que o egoísmo do homem, de se achar o dono do mundo e o centro do universo, trouxe a visão de que os animais poderiam ser explorados para diversão e para experimentos. Sem se importar com bem estar dos animais por parecerem não ter consciência.
Eles sentem!!! e pudemos ver na cara da agora Rowena, que sim, são seres sencientes. Eles têm ciência do que acontecem e sofrem também. Quando viajamos e vamos ver as orcas "felizes", golfinhos "carinhosos ", elefantes "espertos"..esquecemos que por trás disso tudo eles são selvagens e não deveríamos domestica-los para nosso PRÓPRIO BEM QUERER.

Sunday night was a good time to try something new or different. When I was at the #twoees 2 days earlier I bought this huge zucchini squash with a plan of cooking it in the oven, just like my dad used to make them as #zapiekanki. It was a bomb so much that I decided to buy 2 more today 😂🤣
A few years back I decided to give up all meat (besides fish & egg) basically “cold turkey” -no pun Intended.
Not just because in America most meat consumption is inhuman & down right disgusting (if you don’t buy local) it just made me feel gross after eating it. I’m always looking for meat free options, & lately I feel like I’m limited to veggie burgers, fish tacos, & cheese pizza (not the healthiest combo) but today I finally decided to try street tacos! Samosas are something that makes my diet flawed. Yes, it's vegan but not everything that's vegan is healthy. This Samosa is deeply fried and made using potato stuffing and refined flour. But yet I am not ready to give up on it now or not anytime soon either.
In fact its the very reason I started taking care of my health and payed attention to what I was eating and all the ingredients going in the food that I eat and started researching on everything in depth.
It was just a normal day I was sitting and having samosas on dining table with my extended family members and some of my aunts joined in and informed us that they are no longer allowed to eat samosas. Their doctors have completely controlled and restricted certain foods from their diet and samosas were one of them. It scared me a bit because apart from microbiology if I really love something then its these samosas.
I started paying attention to not only the diet of those relatives but their complete day to day lifestyle. I kept on working and researching on everything they eat or did and their pros and cons. .
So, here I am today I have removed everything that's not healthy from my diet except samosa and this is how samosa, that is unhealthy food led me to my perfect health and I immensely enjoy my perfect health. I have seen so many people working to get in shape but the fact is if you are healthy and taking care of your diet and moving your body correctly, then the right shape is just the by-product and you don't even have to worry about it!
