“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever... it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten” - I captured this photo after a long day of eating, drinking and laughing. You know you’ve found the right kind of people when everyone agrees it’s a great idea to all pack into one truck to go watch the calves play in the late afternoon sun 🐮🐮💕 #easter#spring#calving

The North British and Mercantile Building is a commercial building in the Scottish city of Glasgow . In 1966, the building was included as a single monument in the Scottish monumentalists in the highest category of monuments A.
The building was built between 1926 and 1929 to a design by the Scottish architect John James Burnet . It is Burnet's last complete new construction in Scotland. In 1987 the building was renovated. The measure essentially concerned the interior.
I finally finished all the work for TrackSolutions and Petrolhead Days. It was a busy couple of days but definitely enjoyed all of it. It's hard work but boy, it's so worth it. I had a bit of time to check out some of the stuff I shot during testing when I was at work.
It's a massive bonus (for me at least) that most Petrolhead Days are on Thursdays, so also during testing days at the track. I obviously make sure that I have everything I need for my client and if I have some time I love to capture some of the testing, it's a lot of good fun and solid practice throughout the day.
Here we see @loekhartog_ testing his 911.2 GT3 Cup. He was genuinely seeing where the limits are of that thing.
And yes... The watermark. In case you don't see it, it's large and right in the middle. It's a new logo design made by @segers_lucas. He did a great job designing a logo for me, thanks man! I never used a watermark because I didn't want it to pull away the attention from the photo itself but as more and more of my photos were getting stolen and I'm only putting more and more effort, time, money, energy,... In to them I definitely want to prevent that from happening and even if they get thrown around the web or whatever I can prove and show that they're mine. I also post quite a bit of my work online so I might as wel protect it. Hence the watermark.

Title: The Man and The Rose
Photographer: Petri Damstén @Pdamsten
Model: Jake Mattila
— “From my ongoing 'Masculinity' photo series. I have always found that old model of what man should be is too restricted and often harmful. It inspired me to start this series and share my thoughts as images. For this series I also tried hand painting. I painted the background to an old cabinet door and photographed it to a texture used as a background.”
