Some days I have to remind myself just how far I’ve come. The days I don’t feel like getting out of bed, I know that’s when I have to push the hardest. Being a single parent is challenging as you are the nurturer and disciplinarian all in one. There are no days off. Juggling it all on my own, while still making fitness a priority and working full time can be challenging but it isn’t in my blood to quit.

💥💥HiitMax Live 67- Ultimate Core There was only one part of me that hadn’t really gotten any special attention and that was my core. @bodyrocktv_lisamarie took care of that nicely. I wanted a workout not wearing the vest and this is a great one. Has some Pilates style to it. I just can’t take my vest off if Lisa doesn’t. I’m just crazy like that 🤪.
