Have you ever spent a day visiting places you like, eat what you love?
Today was such a day for us 😎😎 Our first stop was the evergreen #khanmarket, taking one walk around this place is enough to elevate your mood.
Our next stop was #diggin in #santushticomplex, this place is so lovely and lively. You have some of the finest showrooms here and a perfect place to dine at.
From here we simply walked around #nehrupark to reach the main market in #chanakyapuri. It felt really good to walk on the sidewalks surrounded by gorgeous trees in this winter evening.
From here we left for the last but everyones favourite #ccd opposite The Taj hotel.
Although I wasn't so happy with #chocolatefantasy but a cup of #cappuccino always sets things right 😃😃😃 So this was all about my day enjoying #delhiwinters.
How was your day?
And that's how the first Sunday of this year passed. We met at @theempathycircle and then loitered. Since winters I have been in some form of hibernation.
No, I am not sad or going through some tough time. I am absolutely grateful for my life. It comes with a lot of privileges. But sometimes in life, you need to hide. To keep away. So that you are renewed.
This Sunday I went out after 20 days for the circle and then loitered with these people. These two are the only people with whom right now, I can break my hibernation mode. Because none of them, pull or push. Ask or deny. With them it's free flowing. The energy is always equal. No one tires the other.
We had food at Chidambaram. Post that walked through the colourful lanes of Lodhi Colony. I was happy. We were happy. And then we drove down to Nehru Park. I loitered there. That's the best part of these people, when you want to be alone. They don't question. May be that's why I can still spend hours with them and feel light. You need people like them. People who know when to leave and when to join back.
After that, we went to Amar Colony. Had chaai and Maggi. Then back home. Realised we just spent 6 hours loitering. And our bodies tired.
It was such a beautiful day. And I am so grateful that even when I would not step out of my place, there are people with whom I can loiter and laugh. What a beautiful life.
