Pra quem, como eu, já come salada todo dia, vou propor algo além: indicar ao menos 1 componente que o prato deve ter por dia.
Vou propor uma regra geral pra todos os dias: não usar molho industrializado.
2a feira: folhas escuras e/ou granola salgada
3a feira: cogumelos e/ou gergelim
4a feira: grão de bico e/ou tomate
5a feira: ovo cozido e/ou molho de mostarda e mel
6a feira: quinoa e/ou semente de girassol ⠀

✨4 ingredient no bake coconut bites. The perfect snack to munch on when your craving something sweet.
- 3 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup of @bobsredmill blanched almond flour
- 3/4 cup of any liquid sweetener ( i used @lakantosweetener maple syrup to keep it low in sugar)
- 1/4 cup of full fat coconut milk
- melted chocolate ( optional) to dip the coconut balls in. -In a high speed blender, food processor or mixing bowl, combine your ingredients and blend until a dough is formed. If the batter is too crumbly, add extra coconut milk until a slightly sticky texture remains.
Using your hands, form into small balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm, then dip them in your favorite chocolate! I used @lilys_sweets_chocolate#healthyeating#cleaneatzdiary#healthylifestyle#keto#vegan#paleo#glutenfree

Cooked my favourite brunch for my Dad and his Wife yesterday. Added tomatoes into the avocado as an extra and it was deeeelish. My dad has recently gone veggie and he was absolutely loving talking about his new lifestyle yesterday. He was so passionate and it was lovely to see 🌱
You’d think you’d get bored of oats for breakfast... but you just don’t 🥣 There are so many exciting variations. There’s even a whole book that’s been released on porridge - who knew. Great source of Plant Based protein, naturally processed, high in soluble fibre, great before a workout or the day ahead as they’re slow release.... andddd they are just so versatile. So many different toppings and always delicious. What’re your favourite porridge toppings? Here’s one of my go-to’s: oats in the hob cooker, mix some cinnamon in, almond milk. Toppings: walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chai seeds and banana 💫 Delicious and lots of nutrients already taken care of, in your first meal of the day ✨

Who doesn’t love left over curry? I certainly do after a late shift at work. Kale, sweet potato, peppers, mushrooms, onion, chickpeas and lots of flavour: turmeric, cinnamon, cumin, coriander, tomato 🌱 I find the key to healthy eating for me is organisation, whenever and wherever possible ✨ P.S. I love chickpeas 💫

Good Morningggg 🌞 Anybody else a fan of #overnightoats? I love them. I love the convenience of them. Not everyday is there time to make porridge on the cooker, so I love to think ahead and put overnight oats in the fridge, if I know the morning is going to be a bit of a rush. It makes healthy eating a lot easier and more consistent. Organisation is key (for me anyway) 🥣

So my dear friend lives on a Canal Boat and last Sunday we ran a fair few miles and then we ate this beauty of a brunch 🌱 Spicy beans, avocado mashed with pepper and chilli flakes & spinach on seeded toast with avocado spread ~ we went all out 🥑🌶 oh and some hot fresh lemon water 🍋 P.S. her boat is so beautiful. What a space. The sun beaming in, amazing music playing, dream catchers, candles, fairy lights & vintage quirks. The nomadic dream 🌍

This mornings breakfast (& most mornings) 🥣 I love this yummy concoction: Porridge Oats, Almond Milk and Cinnamon stirred together on the hob cooker. Once done, I pour them into a bowl and mix in ground linseed. Sprinkle with blueberries, pumpkin seeds and chai seeds & there you go ~ a taste sensation. With some Green Tea hiding in the background ☕️
Crispy Caramelized Sweet Potatoes with Pesto! 🔥🍠🔥🍠
Think I found a match made in Heaven! Sweet Potatoes and Pesto is a bomb combination! If you cook the Sweet Potatoes long enough, they will naturally Caramelize from its natural sugars! A lot of the feedback I got from you guys was you wanted to see some different @whole30 Snack ideas this time around. Here was one I made last night that definitely made me one happy guy! -
Peel a Sweet Potato then use a mandolin at the 1/8th setting and cut into slices, or thinly slice with a knife. Add to a sheet tray with Parchment Paper then Drizzle with Oil and season with Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper. Bake at 400 for 30-40 min until the edges get brown and they start to caramelize! I then topped with some Pesto that I mixed with some of my homemade Avocado Mayo to make it creamy. Check out my last post for both of those recipes! This makes for a perfect @whole30 snack! 😃👍
