Hello BBT lovers, new week new spot! This weekend we checked out Song Tea and this is their Dirty Avocado! This was a unique spin on the “dirty” series by creating drip marks all around the cup with avocado 🥑 ! If you like avocado milkshakes you would LOVE this drink! They use fresh avocados and milk to make this drink and it was silky smooth and amazeballs. As much as I love tapioca, I feel like this drink was perfect on its own. Although it was a little pricey - $6.50 for a small… 💰🔨 it's definitely worth a try! Their shop is super cute with pink-themed decor and a ball pit (there wasn’t enough balls though😒) My final verdict is 9.5/10 for the drink! Give it a try my avocado lovers and let us know how you like it! 💕- Xoxo K & V #bobagirlss#markhameats#torontoeats#bobalife#torontofoodie#songtea#blogTO#narcitytoronto
Homemade 🌮🌮 salad!
Eating clean without compromising any flavour!
Kale, spinach, ground chicken, cucumbers, bell peppers, shredded carrots, corn, guacamole, black beans, cilantro, crushed tortilla chips with salsa and splash of @tabasco@tabascocanada and lemon juice! .
Definitely my lunch for tomorrow as well!
Mains: Bowl of Zen (x2), Pesto Zucchini Pasta, Chicken Club Sandwich
Sides: Crispy Brussels Sprouts & French Fries
A great post-workout spot! They have a variety of super delicious and healthy options - the bowl of zen being my fave. Whether you’re a meat-lover or vegan, there’s something here for everyone. To top it off, they are also a cocktail bar. If you’re looking for a fresh, craft cocktail with your meal, this is the place to visit! 🥪🥗🍹

I normally don't eat Viet food out, but the rare times I do, it ends up being Vietnamese fusion. 🤣 This is Pho Bo Kho (dry rice noodles in spiced beef stew) at @vit.beo.to! It was yummy but I was a little bummed how small the portion was! Normally at Vietnamese restaurants, you get huge bowls for super cheap. I do recommend checking it out if you are looking for a quick bite to eat since it's a smaller space. #Toronto

I want to be feel better... I want to look better... I want to eat better... This is what I read from one of my clients on their weekly check in form.
I get them to write their 3 major goals every single week, so that they remind theirselves of what they’re working towards
My first thought
We have set long term goals.
But when do you know when you’ve reached that goal?... So we had a chat
I wanted them to be more specific
I wanted them to set a deadline
When you set specific deadlines, things will get done.
I read a study once that gave an example of being in school and having a essay to write. One group having a week to do it, and another having 2 months to do it.
Everyone that had 2 months to do it, procrastinated until the last week to finish it. Everyone that had a week, they finished it in that week.
So the main message is... when it comes to setting realistic goals, you need to be specific on what you’re trying to achieve
And set a realistic deadline.
No matter what the goal, if it’s realistic, it will get done with a deadline
Let me know in the comments if you agree?
You can never go wrong with chicken parm, especially if it’s covered with smoked mozzarella, creamy cheese sauce and garlic chips with tomato sauce on the side🧀🍗🍅🍝 _____
P.S. you might see some hearts and other drawing covered by the dish but that’s cause when we got to our table, there was a sheet with crayons and just like little kids we doodled our way to our own little masterpiece🥰🖍🏡❤️
📍Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill Yonge & Dundas
@m_chabar recently just opened & after hearing all the talk about the fresh taro paste being used in their drinks, I had to give it a try being the taro fanatic that I am! Upon arriving, the decor was simple, modern and cozy. Pictured here is a medium milk tea trio (pudding, tapioca & homemade taro pasts). The milk tea was rich and strong in tea flavor, the pudding was creamy, tapioca was perfectly cooked, & the taro paste was to die for😍
