Nutrition tip for shredding!!! 🔥🔥🔥. + basic information 🤓👨💻. The main reason why we crave and give in to our dieting is we lack in Magnesium!. Not Fats and sugar. Many people are under the impression that shredding is a struggle due to lack of callerie intake per day or not enough fats or sugar!. Wrong! 👨🎓. You can divide a diet of just 1,400 a day which on a standard carb load or bulking day or cheat day is one meal!. You can actually turn even that amount into upto 8-10 meals! Eat one meal every 2 hours of the day and I promise you that the actual feeling of starvation it’s self won’t be there! However we crave magnesium no matter what! Weather your dieting or not, bulking or not! We want it. Fats, sugar and other minerals such as iron, potassium etc etc. their more or a less just a by product that you will consume from each nutritious meal regardless so their not really their minerals we normally crave but magnesium is normally the majority of the time something we want no matter what we do or eat. It is found in chocolate, lollies and most rich goodies that we consume!. For me at this point of my shred leading upto @anbqld_official my battle is constantly controlling my raging froffing love for cold rock ice cream and cabry chocolate. Two items that contain heavy amounts of magnesium!!! 👨🍳. To over come this many people will have many different advice from simply taking magnesium tablets to taking certain plants and supplements 👀🌿. I suggest for supplement help turn to @atpscience amp -V! Or for food help turn to a 4 green leaf salad, legumes such as beans and snow peas. 🥦🥒. 3 months to go until my online coaching is up and running! Keen to help all of you beautiful jelly beans reach your goals! 🍕🍗🍖🥗woo hoo! 🔥🔥🔥. P.S update on my stage progress. I’m 6 weeks out of @anbqld_official and 8 weeks out of @wnbfofficial. See how I go! 💃✅
I don’t know how many times I used to f🤬cking hate the idea of leg day. It was exhausting, and torture. But... now I loves it, may have to do with the handful of jellybeans I get to eat before leg day. But it’s really grown on me. .
Also the fact that I know if my legs get bigger, all of me gets bigger. Note: the big ass slab of back that’s grown again in the last 6 months due to hard ass leg thrashing’s curiously of the torture master himself @djkfitness
Everybody has a go to brand.. mine is @bsnaustralia couldnt beat it.
Syntha6 is probably the best flavour/textured protien out especially the banana flavour!

The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, don’t settle. •
Looking back on the 4th of July weekend —- I’ll have a cocktail in my hand soon enough. SEPTEMBER 15th. ALL THE WAY UP. 🥊
It’s amazing to think the profound effect and influence which nutrition can have on you when trying to manipulate your body composition. Adjustments to your caloric intake and specific macronutrient ratios can have implications on both your body and mind.
When dieting down I will usually keep my protein intake relatively high whilst reducing my carbohydrate and fat intake methodically as a means of efficiently retaining lean muscle mass whilst dropping body fat. -
It is important to appreciate and understand that carbohydrates are the body’s preferred fuel source. Carbohydrates are converted into glucose and stored as glycogen to be used as a source of energy when lifting in the gym, performing on the sporting field or simply going about your day-to-day life.
As such it is inevitable that when you reduce your carbohydrate intake as a means of getting leaner you could also be potentially inhibiting your performance in the gym. The more aggressive your calorie deficit the greater the likelihood that you will start to feel tired, lethargic, irritable and rundown.
Accordingly, when I start feeling the pinch I usually take a caffeinated pre-workout supplement to help me power through my workouts and remain focused throughout the day. My pre-workout stack includes OxyShred and Acetyl L-Carnitine. ⚡️OxyShred contains tyrosine, which helps to support energy production and stamina as well as glutamine which is essential for healthy immune function and strength! OxyShred also contains taurine, perfect for enhancing your mood and mental focus when combined with tyrosine allowing me to train harder for longer. -
💫Acetyl L-Carnitine transports free fatty acids to the mitochondria to burned as energy which is perfect if fat loss is your end goal.
These supplements are also safe to stack with Beyond BCAA to ensure that you are avoiding muscle catabolism during periods of aggressive caloric restriction.
