Morning motivation. The past few months my training has been next level, it's been fucking hard getting up most mornings, training, doing 11 hour shifts and repeating. But if you want it..go get it. Some days the gym feels like a chore, sometimes it's the best session, you feel great, others you feel like you've lost every gain and you feel fluffy! There's been times I've literally broke down in tears mid set, and sometimes its the only therapy that keeps you fucking sane! You have to work for what you want! People ask me all the time where i get my motivation. I get it from myself. YOU are your own motivation. I wake up and tell myself to go work for my goals 🙌🏽👊🏽 🌱🌻🌺
