☀️ Morning Routine ☀️
I’m not usually a morning person by any means (if I’m being honest) but getting into a simple morning routine starts my day off right. I’m going to walk you through some of my morning MUST HAVES! 👇🏻
1️⃣ 12 oz of CELERY JUICE on an empty stomach to help clear acne & support my digestion throughout the day
2️⃣ BLACKBERRY OATMEAL to keep me full for hours!! Simple as can be - old fashioned oats, chia seeds, almond milk, almond butter
3️⃣ Sit down and EAT - last semester I would wake up later & eat my oatmeal while getting ready. THIS semester I’m starting to wake up EARLIER & find 5-10 minutes to eat my breakfast and relax. It’s important to enjoy your breakfast without feeling rushed!
4️⃣ GREEN TEA with Herbalife ACTIVE FIBER COMPLEX for intestinal health & minimized bloating
5️⃣ MAKE MY BED - It’s important that I feel put together before leaving! It’s the best feeling to come home after a long day to a made bed ☺️
6️⃣ Grab my SNACKS - This semester I have a full course load, an internship, a job, and a scheduled workout each day. That means I need to fuel my body with healthy snacks!! Making these the night before saves me a lot of time in the morning 🙌🏼
7️⃣ WATER - I try to drink 8-12 oz of water before leaving each morning. This starts my hydration off right 💪🏼

Running errands this morning, damn it’s cold (for TX) and I am NOT a cold weather person! Running around has me a bit off my workout schedule and for the first time ever I’m missing it! So bizarre for me. I have always done some sort of workout here and there but never been consistent with it. Something has changed this time and I’m really excited about it! In the past I would start and then stop a few weeks into it. But I can really feel the difference. My mindset has changed. And while I honestly do not love working out (ha omg did I really say that?! ) because let’s face it it’s hard but I am loving how I feel! More than that humbled that people have reached out to me to tell me they are motivated because a post I did. When really y’all are motivating me!
