“I joined Hybrid Nutrition in mid June after watching some of my friends' success with the program. I must admit, I went into it "skeptical, but hopeful". I already did Crossfit 4-6 times a week and ate what I thought was "healthy".....so I really didn't have high expectations.
Working with Samantha and the Hybrid program has completely blown me away! It turns out, I did eat healthy, but just not in the right proportions. It's been slow and steady with many pep talks from Samantha along the way. But losing 0.5 - 1 lb per week (of fat) certainly adds up over time .....slow and steady wins the race :) And falling off the wagon is not as scary when you know how to get right back on.
My goal was to lose 15 lbs, but I actually lost a total of 20 and have been able to keep within 1-2 lbs of this for the last 2 months on "maintenance". In fact, the science behind maintaining your weight after you hit your goal has been fascinating as well. Every time Samantha adds more macros (mostly carbs), I get scared, but trusting her & the process has not let me down so far.
What a great experience it's been.....thanks to coach Samantha!” - Andrea Braiden
Sorry for being MIA, but I'm backkk to kick off 2019 with an interview with @mariasenko
❓What diet did you follow?
✔"I didn’t follow special diet. Just stopped eating sweets(sugar), chocolate, fatty food and flour products. And started cooking sweets and all the food by yourself. So I started to control my eating. More vegetables. More fruit. More vitamins. More sports." 🍉🏀
❓What were some of the obstacles you faced on your journey?
✔"It was hard to get used to controlling all the food. Start living without my favourite sweets and chocolates 😂" 🍫🍪
❓What advice would you give to beginners?
✔"To be motivated!!!! The most important thing is to have a goal and go to it. I recommend to train with trainer at least one-two month. Learn the right technique from him and listen advices about nutrition. It‘s very hard to begin, but every time it gets easier! ✌️☺️" 💯
❓Future plans with fitness?
✔"I’ll continue to transform my body 😊 and motivate others" 🙌🏼

Don't ask me
What you know is true
Don't have to tell you
I love your precious heart
I was standing
You were there
Two worlds collided
And they could never tear us apart...
Ahhh the good ol’ days. I can’t believe how many people didn’t know that I started in weightlifting. Here’s a vid of me as a wee lad hang snatching 145kg/320lb @ about 79kg body weight. @hybridperformancemethod
Psoas stretch 🙌
Your psoas muscles are deep core muscles that are part of your hip flexors. You have one on each side of your body, and their primary responsibility is to lift your thighs towards your torso. They also provide stability to your lower back, pelvis, and hips. And it is important to stretch them.
In the 3 rd exercise:
Posterior tilt the pelvis
Squeeze the glute
Side bend and reach up
Feel the stretch in the front of the hip and deep in the abdomen 🙌
3. Egzersizde öne yaylanma yok. Popoyu sIkiyoruz, vucudu dondurup yana ve yukari uzaniyoruz. #psoasstretch#gizemozdem1
