As a farming family work is varied , one day you are preparing your silage for the cattle this winter, the next day back to making great coffee @mohercottage , life is never quiet or dull that’s for sure 😅
Another farming milestone done for this year , thanks to the family and great neighbours for all the help 💛
Now back to the coffees and fudge ...
On the west coast of Ireland the Cliffs of Moher are one of the most outstanding coastal features of
Ireland. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀The Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland’s most popular tourist attractions and receive more than one million visitors a year.🍀🍀🍀 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀The cliffs have appeared in several films, including Ryans Daughter (1970), The Princess Bride (1987) (as the filming location for “The Cliffs of Insanity”), Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009), and Leap Year (2010).
The cliffs have also appeared in music videos, including Maroon 5’s “Runaway” video, Westlife’s “My Love”, and Rich Mullins’ “The Color Green”.
Took the afternoon off from my Mobile Journalism conference and visited the majestic Cliffs of Moher. Incredible natural landscape. It was incredibly windy so you had to be very careful in approaching the edges of the cliffs. I included a shot here how I “bellied up”to the edge to get a few of these more dramatic shots. The day was so lush and dreamy. We caught the sun for an hour or so. Inspiration to the max. I shared the experience with 15 other friends and colleagues for the conference. Philisophically, places like this change us on the inside. #shotoniphone#mohercliffs
We love our little shop in the west but somedays more that others a visit, a chat or a post like this from lovely people like @lungodog can just make all the difference to our day here in @mohercottage
Thank you all, it is appreciated 💚
The Cliffs of Moher are a must visit place when in Galway 🇮🇪. These 14km long sea cliffs go up to more than 200m high! Rain or shine we didn't want to miss a visit to this beautiful place when we were in Galway, so we took a bus and stopped a few times until we reached what really looks like the end of the world!
