What is your mindset? 🧠 -
There are two types of mindset.
A fixed mindset says - I’m either good at something or I’m not. I don’t like to be challenged. Feedback and criticism are personal. I stick to what I know. My talents or lack of talents are what they are and I cannot change them. When I am frustrated I give up, why bother I’m just not made for that. .
A growth mindset that says - I can learn anything I want to. I can get better at anything if I put the effort in, I like trying new things. I am inspired by the success of others. My effort and attitude determine my abilities. Challenges and failures only help me grow. -
As you can see. One will keep you stuck, and one will set you free. 💡
I can now recognise times in my past when I have had a fixed mindset, we can almost use it as an excuse can’t we? It’s the reason why we failed because we are just not smart enough, fast enough, pretty enough and that’s just how we are made and we can’t help that ❗️❌
I freeking love working with mindset and the great realisation as we move into a growth mindset, that really anything is possible. Fuck yeah, unicorns and all 🦄 -
But it does take work, daily work, daily discovery of yourself and the stories, habits and behaviours. The shit that you say to yourself ‘what the fuck is wrong with me, why do I do that!!’ 🤬
Yeah I have those moments too. And in fact just this week. But instead of ignoring it, I now choose to lean in. And man when you get that moment of ‘ohhhhhhhhhhhhh, so that’s why I have been doing that all these years’ man that shit can be deep but oh so liberating. AH-HA moments at their absolute best. -
I love it when I experience these through my work but whoah, I love it when my clients get to experience it to. Because then...your whole world really starts to shift. -
Sick of the ‘what the fuck is wrong with me moments’? Want more AH-HA, big ass breakthrough moments?? I would love to help you.

Every time I’m by a river I’m reminded of the ‘flow state’; when things effortlessly flow from one things to the next, ideas come freely and are implemented easily. This state is accessed when we are fully resourced and supported.
What support & resources do you need to enter your flow state?
Answering this can shift your actions from reactive to proactive , resulting in a thriving state.

In order to achieve mastery. In order to achieve success. You have to live in beast mode 24/7 No average mode
I have an online friend who always seems to text me when there is something going on in their life that they want to complain about. They probably don’t even realize that they do it as often as they do. If you believe in the idea that “like attracts like”, you would understand that complaining only brings you MORE THINGS IN LIFE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!! Did a lightbulb just go off for you? 💡
And if you ABSOLUTELY have to complain about something, try this instead. Talk about it to ONE person, get it out, then let it go. I believe a lot of people will complain to one person then look for someone new to complain about the exact same thing to! Is this you?
Better yet, try to see the positives in life! The more you train your brain to see the good in things, the easier it is to naturally just see the good! This is not an exercise in just ignoring things though. Obviously if there are REAL, MAJOR issues in your life, you need to examine them and figure out a way to improve upon it. In general though, being #happy is something we can do by being more conscious of our thoughts and making a decision to look for the positive. Everything starts in the #mind. 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
