How low can ya go?! 🤸🏼♂️I didn’t grow up going to dance classes, I didn’t do gymnastics but I guess flexibility has never been a challenge for me...until I’ve recently made it one. This is me being inflexible trying to improve my flexibility so I can do the splits upside down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people may feel limitations doing things I might find easy. My point is...I too have limitations....mental, physical, all of them...I’m human just like you. However, it is WHAT WE DO knowing these limitations and WHAT WE ARE WILLING TO DO to overcome them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Listen to your body and be patient...it might be real quiet for a while before you actually KNOW yourself inside and out and what you actually need and when.
