💌💌💌 LOVE NOTE💌💌💌 The truth can be so liberating, but it also can be so hard to talk about! When you're used to getting weird looks at best and demeaning insults at worse, it can be a challenge to speak your truth! Often times we find ourselves in conversations with folks who are struggling with this or that ailment and they don't know what's going on in their bodies. In our heads we're screaming EBV! HEAVY METALS! STREP! We long to help them, to shine the Light for them, to lead the way to the @medicalmedium truth that has set us free so they, too, can begin healing. Fear of being ridiculed or wasting our energy has kept us quiet at times, but we have found a way that works for us and it's so much easier to talk about than when we tried to educate people on what was going on with their health. All we do is mention our own stories. We say, "Oh my goodness that sounds terrible! When I had my health decline, it was so hard to find the truth! But now I'm on this amazing healing path in community with so many others who are healing too! I read this book called Medical Medium and it changed everything. You should check it out. Maybe it would help you too!" And you know what? It feels so good. Even when the people aren't 100% receptive, we know we've done the best we can to share the truth plus every time we speak our own truth out loud, it gets a little less scary. Planting seeds and shrinking demons all in one go! YES!!!👏 We're so blessed to be in this community of healers where we can speak the truth, be heard, and help others heal who are ready to reclaim their health! Having our teas in your mug ☕️ are another great way to open the door to the conversation and let people know about the healing power of plants! ✨🌱✨ Link to order is in our bio❤️

After fighting my way out of hospital in 2013 on Easter Sunday, where I had intravenous fluids being pumped through my system, my body looked beyond deformed, my kidneys were not functioning properly. My legs were like match sticks, yet my body was holding onto water in lumps around my stomach and kidneys, I looked like a Humpty Dumpty doll lol! Most people wouldn’t have fought their way out of hospital at that stage, as I was in a very bad way, I was just so unwell. But hearing others in the ward who were really sick, hearing the advice from doctor to patient, about diet which concerned me, hearing doctors tell me I had to have my bowel out as the only option to ‘live’, was really very overwhelming! But at the same time, I really believed I could heal, even if it was a glimmer of hope to others, in moments I knew I had to stay focused, as much as one can in such a state. I knew I would not heal in that environment. Not to say the medical team don’t do an amazing job, nor to say people can’t heal in hospital, as people do. I just know myself, I knew the kind of mental strength I needed, could not survive if I had stayed in that environment. I also personally do not agree with removing organs as a ‘main option’ when it comes to crohns/ulcerative colitis. If my body couldn’t heal itself of the illness in the first place, how the hell would it heal if I added a huge operation into the situation?! That’s my logic, I don’t expect or need others to agree or apply this. After hospital, it was a very arduous path, I only went on steroids for 4 weeks, doctors suggested 14 but the way in which they affected my adrenals was unbearable to continue. I knew what I needed to do. That’s the one of only two times I’ve taken pharma for my journey. Against my family’s wants, which obviously put them in a very challenging & emotional position to have to trust me in my uncharted healing path. It felt unfair to them at times, I had to stay true to myself, even if that meant at times I felt really alone in my choices. Healing is a personal journey, ultimately it’s up to the person, thrusting the people around them into having to accept different ways of thinking. 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 cont..
Thank you to all the dear souls who offered advice on my canker sore dilemma. L-lysine and vitamin C we’re the most common suggestions. I’m doing it all and it’s slowly getting better. 😘♥️😘♥️😘♥️😘♥️

Read below to find out why cucumbers can improve your health👇🏻
“So many people go through life with chronic dehydration, with no idea of the negative effect it’s having on their health. Cucumbers are the perfect antidote. They have a fountain-of-youth effect, hydrating us at the deepest cellular level possible. Plus, cucumbers’ cooling effect makes them excellent at rejuvenation and especially effective at cooling a hot, stagnant liver. When eaten on a daily basis, cucumbers can reverse liver damage, dialing back 10 to 15 years of toxin exposure (including from heavy metals and pesticides such as DDT) and poor diet. It makes this vegetable (really, a fruit) a particular ally in reducing bloat.
Fresh cucumber juice is the best rejuvenation tonic in the world. It contains electrolyte compounds specifically geared toward nourishing and cooling down overused adrenal glands and kidneys that are struggling with their task of filtering out toxic debris and getting overheated from toxic uric acid. If you have kidney disease, are on dialysis, or you’re missing a kidney, drinking cucumber juice every day can be extremely beneficial. Cucumbers’ cooling effect on the glands and organs also makes them wonderful fever reducers for both children and adults. Juicing cucumbers unleashes their magical anti-fever compounds and agents that help calm a fever like water on a fire.
Cucumbers’ traces of the amino acids glycine and glutamine, combined with their extreme and highly active content of enzymes and coenzymes, plus their abundance of more than 50 trace minerals, make them an excellent delivery system for neurotransmitter chemicals. This is great news if you’re dealing with anxiety or other neurological conditions. Cucumbers provide other critical nutrition, too, such as chlorophyll in their skins that’s bonded to B vitamins and vitamins A and C. And cucumbers support digestion; they contain undiscovered coenzymes that will one day be called talafinns. Alongside enzymes that have been discovered by medical research (such as erepsin), talafinns help the body’s protein digestion process so you can get the most out of everything you eat.” @medicalmedium
PAPAYAS + CORIANDER (CILANTRO) .
Two of my life savers 🧡💚
“Papayas 🍑restore the central nervous system from neurotoxin damage. Strengthen and rebuild hydrochloric acid in the gut. Their vitamin C content is an antiviral (anti-EBV) secret weapon and also helps cleanse and rebuild the liver. The photochemical compounds in papayas that illuminate their rich, glowing, red-orange flesh have the ability to drive more sunlight into the thyroid itself when someone is outside enjoying a nice day. This additional sunlight absorption retards EBV’s (Epstein Barr virus - the virus behind thyroid disease and MANY other chronic/mystery illnesses) growth and its ability to twist and drill itself into the thyroid. Papayas also stop thyroid atrophy.” — Thyroid Healing 📖 by Anthony William @medicalmedium p. 144-145
“Cilantro🌿 is a miracle worker for EBV. Critical for binding onto the toxic heavy metals such as mercury and lead that feed the virus. Also binds onto the EBV neurotoxins that, when loose in your system, can cause tingles and numbness, aches and pains, inflammation, depression, and anxiety.” — Thyroid Healing 📖 by Anthony William @medicalmedium p. 142 .
Read SO much more about these amazing healing foods in Anthony’s ‘Life Changing Foods’ book @medicalmedium ✨💛✨
Love 💖 and gratitude 🙏🏻
In the book Life Changing Foods, Anthony William shares with us that “Rose hips are a particularly helpful catalyst for battling virtually any type of infection. When a virus such as Epstein-Barr is active in the body, it often gives off damaging neurotoxins and dermatoxins, and in the process, a jelly-like substance called biofilm forms from the virus’s debris. This biofilm is not only like a petri dish for unproductive microorganisms such as bacteria in the body, it can also gunk up the works of critical organs. The liver acts as a sponge, absorbing this biofilm in an effort to protect the body, however the biofilm can break loose into the blood, and then, because the heart draws much of its blood from the liver, this sticky jelly residue can get caught in heart valves such as the mitral valve. This is a hidden cause of mystery heart palpitations, tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, and arrhythmia. The vitamin C in rose hips can stop this from occurring. It has a dissolving effect on biofilm, helping to break up deposits of it and ultimately give relief to the person who suffers from irregular heartbeats.” Incredible right?
He also says that Rose Hips has the most bio identical, bio available form of Vitamin C in existence!!
I love bringing the cleanse lifestyle to the woods!
There was a time not too long ago that living this way felt like so much work and nearly impossible.
Now it’s just the way I live. Wherever you are on your path, if you feel overwhelmed or like it’s just impossible to do “normal” life things when you eat differently from a lot of other people, know that soon this will be as normalized for you as your old ways once were!
The transition can feel massive and it is! But know that things will settle and come with ease. It will be your life and you won’t think twice about it.
Hang in there. One day at a time. The evolution is taking place in each new day.
I don’t go many places now without my lemons, celery, fruit, and other healing food!!!

#Repost from @medicalmedium~~~Barleygrass protects the thyroid from toxic heavy metals🌟
Barley grass is filled with natural electrolytes such as potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium, and is great source of calcium and iron. These nutrients can help balance your body’s PH levels. We include Barley Grass in our Super Greens shake!
Afternoon salad; shitake mushrooms, 1 cucumber, 1 big tomato, raw spinach, dates, few walnuts. Evening juice ; 4 cucumbers, 1 bundle cilantro, 1 lemon, 1 inch peeled ginger. Evening smoothie; 1 banana, wild blueberries, 1 papaya, mango, raspberries, 1 tsp kelp powder. ps; I worked outside today in the sun, the cucumbers can protect us against chronic dehydration. Yesterday I juiced a whole watermelon. Lots of people are chronically dehydrated without knowing it. Water isn't enough for us, drink lemon water or juices to open your cells. The liver needs glucose from fruit sugars to bring nutrients to our cells. Info; #medicalmedium
My hardest Goal to reach right now is committing to eating plant based over vegan junk food. I will do so good for about a week and then my body craves greasy junk. My body knows itself so well, it knows when I’m mistreating it and exactly what it needs to recoup. Eating processed ramen and vegan chicken nuggets for 2 weeks and my body goes to shit. My immune system is weakened, I sleep all the time and I’m still tired, my social anxiety and anxiety over all is through the roof, I feel depressed and doubtful, my mood is whack, I get bloated and my head aches. Then there is this whole other side of me when I eat raw and plant based where all my anxiety disappears, it’s the craziest thing I’ve ever experienced but it’s true. I have zero anxiety, my mood stabilizes, I can think clearly and remember things better, I slim down, my acne stops acting up, I am full of energy, I feel happy, my body feels happy. When I binge on shit my body craves a nice big green juice or a huge salad with lots of avocado and hemp seeds, Gooey sweet dates or figs.. my body knows what it wants but living on processed foods for 19 years has wired my brain to tell me through cravings that it wants the greasy fatty junk when In turn I feel so shitty. That 10 min high from shit food for a whole week of feeling my worst. I don’t hate eating healthy. I love it. I love my greens and my fruit and being carbed up from potatoes and ripe spotty bananas. My body needs time to detox so that those cravings cease to exist. It’s not easy. It takes persistence and dedication. I can eat how I want and live an unhappy life or I can eat amazing delicious food that Satisfies my hunger and my health needs and leaves me feeling and looking amazing away from a life of disease and health problems. It’s so simple and the answers are right in front of my face but it takes persistence. I’m here just to tell you that changing a life time of eating a certain way is not easy, but it is worth it. It’s okay to make mistakes as long as you keep trying and you keep pushing. I want to be the best version of myself so that I can show other people how to heal. My extreme passion for health drives me to do better.
Catching up with an old friend over a cup of coffee always seems to nourish my soul. No matter how much time passes between seeing each other, we always manage to pick right back up where we left off 💗

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Chakras are subtle energy bodies located within the spinal cord, carrying energy throughout the body to invite enlightenment. The term chakra evolved from Sanskrit meaning “Wheel of Light”. The chakra system is believed to be more than 5,000 years old, originating from India. Chakras vibrate from inside the physical body to the outside, pulling external universal vibrations into our bodies. The auric field radiates information to the universe about each individual. The location of each chakra corresponds to different organ systems and channel systems (meridians) in the body. Each chakra vibrates at a different frequency. The lower in the body it is, the slower the vibration. The higher in the body it is, the faster the vibration. Some individuals are able to see chakras as light and color.
Scientific Research: Dr. Valeri Hunt at University of California, Los Angeles is a pioneer in the field of bioenergy, validating the existence of chakras. Using electromyography, she was able to measure how the physical body emanates radiation at sites associated with chakras. She discovered that certain levels of consciousness are linked to specific frequencies, and was able to measure those frequencies by color and sound. Her work has lead to the first truly scientific understanding of the relationship between energy field disturbances, diseases and emotional pathologies.
Chakra imbalances can cause physical, mental and emotional symptoms. Mastery of self-awareness, patience, positive thought processes and practice are all keys to restoring your balance.

Repost from @leutemlisa This is my good friend Johnell. She has had seizures since the birth of her first child 22 years ago, and has had seizure medication ever since. Every so many years the doctors change that medication saying that the medication can wear off as your body gets used to it, causing more seizures. The medication get stronger each time and sometimes can cause a lot of side effects. After this many years of course you get to a maximum. So they weren't able to keep the seizures from coming anymore with the new medication and had to have her put on disability. So I started making her the detox smoothie myself because she was too sick to be able to do it herself and she had no way to drive many more to even go to the grocery store. After the first detox smoothie, she has had no more seizures! She was having grand mal seizures 3 times a week, and they would leave her exhausted and fuzzy thinking all the other times of the week. Within a few days she was thinking clearly. It has been a month now and she is still not had a single seizure. So she sent me a funny picture of her dealing with drinking her detox smoothie. The second picture is her working on a boat all by herself in a commercial space. Feeling comfortable enough "by herself " to know that she will not have a seizure while working on that boat. She has not only gained back her health but she has started to gain back belief that she can heal, she will heal, she is healing.... thank you medical medium! For saving my girlfriend from a lifetime of misery! #medicalmedium
WHAT CAUSES ACNE? 💢
Acne is caused by the streptococcus bacteria living in the lymphatic system.
Our lymph system is all over our body, which is why you probably have acne on not just your face. You have it on your neck, around your ears, back, chest, butt….anywhere. It may have seemed unusual in the past, but understanding that acne can pop up in any region of the lymphatic system makes all your previously “strange” breakouts make perfect sense.
If you have acne that means you’ve probably had this streptococcus bacteria for some time now. You may have had frequent strep throats as a child. Maybe even UTI’s too. Frequent colds, tonsillitis, sinusitis, and bronchitis were old signs that strep was starting to take up residence.
Strep and the Epstein-Barr virus are also BFFs, meaning they are often inseparable. They normally don’t travel alone. If you have had any EBV symptoms in the past, the strain may have also carried streptococcus. AKA the reason for the lovely pimples you’re experiencing now.
If you have acne, you probably have sought help from dermatologists. They may have told you that you produce too much sebum. This sebum, mixed in with the bacteria you carry on your face (even though Sally and Joe next to you have the same exact bacteria on their faces) creates clogged and highly inflamed cysts.
Also genes. And uncontrolled levels of hormones. Those are reasons too.
None of that is not true though. Which is why the endless supply of antibiotics, steroids, and harsh topical gels/creams have never permanently gotten rid of your acne problem. In fact, your acne has probably gotten worse over the years.
The reason why all of these methods are futile is because physicians don’t understand the mechanism of the root problem.
If you have acne, this means that streptococcus has officially moved from your liver (its original home during its dormancy) and has moved into the lymphatic system. After overtaking parts of your lymphatic system (usually after your immune system becomes vulnerable during a traumatic event), the bacteria seeks to target the derma as its next victim.

Day 77 of the #90daythyroidrehab! 😇
If you follow many or even just a few people who do the @medicalmedium protocols, you’ll see that everyone does it a little differently. Some people like to eat fully raw, some people are obsessed with potatoes, some people eat fats, some people eat no fats, some eat meat, and some are strictly plant-based.
If you’re new to Medical Medium, this may be a little confusing and you may be left thinking “what am I supposed to do?”. 🤨
This is not a one size fits all protocol and that is the beauty of it!
Everyone is so different, has different needs, cravings, health concerns, & etc, so its important that you listen to your unique needs and make it work for you.
If you don’t feel good being fully raw while doing medical medium protocols then don’t! Maybe now is not the time for you do to that. Same if you don’t feel good eating cooked foods or low-fat.
Its important to remember too that if you embark on this protocol that your own needs are going to change over time and when that happens its perfectly okay and is very important that you do that!
Hope this helps anyone new to medical medium who may be struggling with what approach to take with diet. Bottom line is take the information and make it work for you!🍋🥒🍊🥑🍆🍏🍉🍑🍒🍌🍇🍓🍐🍠🥔

🌴In honor of mental health awareness month. Doctor- “You have a chemical imbalance you will prob have to be on this anxiety med for the rest of your life.” Unaware me- “Okay whatever you say doc.”🌴
After 10 years of being on Paxil it was time for me to at least try, so I weened off of this powerful anxiety med that I was on because I use to get panic attacks. When I went off of it, there was so much damage done. The Paxil along with my unhealthy lifestyle had depleted my neurotransmitters. My serotonin, dopamine, and melatonin were some of the lowest the doctors had ever seen.🌴
For 8 months I could not focus on anything. I had very scary irrational thoughts. My head was swarmed with thoughts 24/7 that I couldn’t escape. It was like my head was stuck in a bee hive and the bees were the thoughts and the hive was the dark abyss I was living in. I could only sleep maybe 2-3 hours a night so I couldn’t recover from the extreme amount of adrenaline that was rushing through my body 24/7 feeding a sleeping giant, EBV.(Little did I know at the time.)🌴
This was the fear based stress that caused me to get very sick within just two months of stopping Paxil. I had no choice but to go back on. 7 months later after feeling like nearly dying, I was led to the truth @medicalmedium. I read all the books, listened to all his podcasts and immediately began his protocols. Four months later I am COMPLETELY prescription and Paxil free. My mind calmer then ever, no anxiety, no depression, and I sleep better then I did as a baby!!🙏🏻🙌🏻🌴
Not only did this plant based diet(The Holy Four) and HMDS REPAIR all of my neurotransmitters, it has been killing the virus and healing me at what I feel a quick rate. It is not the doctors fault because they’re simply misinformed, but what you can do as patient is become your OWN ADVOCATE and know you have a CHOICE. Inform yourself with the TRUTH through @medicalmedium and You can heal from it all! Truth, time, effort, consistency, and patience are what it takes. What are you willing to do to be prescription free and get your God given health back!?🌴

Repost from @an_artists_journey WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR PROTEIN? And…what does WATERMELON have to do with it?!🍉My total protein intake today was 38.8 grams. Watermelon was my #1 source of protein, providing 24% of my total protein intake. According to conventional wisdom, 38 grams of protein is my daily target based on my weight (see 3rd photo). The formula is 0.36 grams per pound of body weight; or 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. According to @medicalmedium on Sunday’s FaceBook Live, the amount of protein we need is actually less than what is conventionally recommended; and if you go crazy overboard with protein, it’s not good either!🌿If you’re concerned about whether you’re getting enough protein on a plant-based diet, the Cron-O-Meter app, will take all the guesswork out of that. It’s a free app that I use now and then when I have questions about how many calories I’m getting, how much calcium, or what my fat intake is, and so on. I’ve gained some good insights this way. You can download the app onto your smartphone or computer.🍃In this post I wanted you to see for yourself exactly how much protein a person gets from 48 ounces of watermelon juice—and from a plant-based diet, in general. Note that 10% of my protein requirement was met by the two cucumbers I ate. Dates, bananas, oranges, parsley, less than a tablespoon of cashews, a teaspoon of spirulina, a small handful of dulse, and some guacamole easily provided the rest of my protein needs. Indeed, ANYONE’S DAILY PROTEIN REQUIREMENT CAN BE EASILY MET ON A PLANT-BASED DIET. BTW, my cronometer app is set for a low fat raw vegan diet (LFRV), aka an 80-10-10 diet (carbs : protein : fat), but the app has other options you could select under your profile to suit your food philosophy—paleo, ketogenic, etc.🌱The version I use is free. You can pay for a fancier version, but you get a lot of good information from the basic, free version.
When you first start the @medicalmedium protocol, the timing of things can be a little overwhelming. Here’s a good order for a morning routine, which I do, waiting at least 20 minutes in between each step:
▪️Start with B-12 on an empty stomach (wait 20 minutes)
▪️Drink your lemon water (wait 20 minutes)
▪️Drink your celery juice (wait 20 minutes)
▪️Drink your heavy metal detox smoothie
My take on chinese / thai style gluten free noodles with a healthy twist. Every now and then I fancy some take out noodles but I decided to make my own this weekend and they turned out so yummy!!!

One of the questions you guys ask me is :
HOW DO I PREPARE AHEAD AND STAY ON TRACK WITH THE HEALING LIFESTYLE?
I think this is such a good question.
This used to be so hard for me.
I was the girl who went to Starbucks every morning and ate out all day.
PLANNING ? No way!
Planning food ahead have me anxiety 🤣
But I had to learn to do this.
and I had to learn the importance of changing my mindset around eating.
So here are a couple of the tips that really helped me 😘
#1 find the one food you can’t live without and create a healthy option.
For me this was ice cream.
So I learned to make thick creamy nice cream bowls like this one ☝️ 💗
I always have tons of frozen bananas and fruit to make one or 2 daily .
I don’t crave them as much nowadays, but back then I needed them for my mind and they helped me get in tons of healing fruit!
ALWAYS have the healthy version of the foods you can’t live without around, especially in the beginning .
#2 EAT THE SAME FOODS DAILY
Guys I can’t stress this enough.
Made my life SO MUCH EASIER!
By sticking to same foods for weeks at a time, my shopping was more simple, learning to prep ahead was easier, and making sure I had enough with me at all times was easier.
Soon it became a routine and I didn’t have to think 🤔
These are 2 of my biggest tips !
Promise I’ll share more!
Let me know below your keys to success when prepping ahead and staying on track 👇🏻
