I have been wanting to make this ridiculous burger for a while, and finally had opportunity to make this double pizza burger using last of that magnificent @meatthebutchers premium ground beef dusted in that @coloneldespices cow girl rub and I must say it was delicious. I used provolone and mozzarella with mariana sauce...and served with some onion rings and it most certainly was a wicked combo.

Had a fantastic night at @hutchesonsgla last night at their #MeatTheButcher event. John Gilmour of @gilmour_butchers was on hand to talk about his family business, how they started and how they got to where they are today. This was followed by a butchery demonstration and a five course tasting menu with wine pairing. Listening to John talk about his business was fascinating. The love and passion for what he does is evident. The food was fantastic - particularly the main event. Medium-rare ribeye with a lovely @catenawines 2014 Alta Malbec.
