Пока некоторые до сих пор нежатся в постелях, Севастополь запустил по кольцу города масштабный Черноморский полумарафон. 🏇🚴♂️
Три дистанции: 10 км, 5 км и 4 по 5 275 м, около 1000 любителей потрясти на ходу телами, отличная солнечная погода под +20 и совершенно пустые центральные улицы.🛣
У девчонок из группы поддержки лужёные горла и нескончаемый оптимизм. Бегуны им даже предложили на свадьбах «Горько!» кричать.😘
Загнанные легкоатлеты и всего лишь пара велосипедистов. Надо было свой складной брать. Вот бы погонял!🚴♀️
А что ещё надо, чтобы встретить выходной день в российских тропиках?🌤

Who would have thought that my latest night out since becoming a mummy in 2015 would be at a night race 🤣
Treated to a night of fun, perspiration, elevation and dim sum supper from last night's full marathon @AsicsRelay and got home around 130am 😳 My boobs were starting to get engorged with breast milk as I'd last pumped at 530pm before heading out for the race 🍼 #keepingitreal#momlife#KampongRunners Teams A and B came in 5th and 8th place in the mixed category marathon relay. The competition was intense in this category! Our 5th place mixed team was seconds behind the all male 3rd place marathon team! 💪
Congratulations to running mates who finished this challenging race and those who podiumed at this race and the Civil Service Run @CSCRun. What an evening of racing in Singapore! Everyone was out in full force!
I wasn't sure if I was eating supper or an early pre-long run breakfast at 1+am but the dim sum sure helped to fuel the looong run this morning 👊😊

Marathon number 20 complete! It was a very tough marathon with a lot of hills, but I finished.
26.67 miles in 3:40:10.
I definitely struggled through the hills and after mile 20, but I’m glad I finished!

What’s your goal? And I’m not talking about your “maybe I’ll reach it someday but probably not” or the “this is obtainable in a week” goal. What is it that you want to do, that scares you to try, but you are willing to give it your all, regardless of if you fail? This is me chasing my big goal of completing a 5k in under 30 minutes. My current time sits at 30:55 and I know, without a doubt, that I will accomplish this goal, regardless of how many more times I try. Each time I come a little bit closer and every race I attempt to reach my goal and fall short is not a failed attempt. It’s a step in the direction of reaching my long time goal. Gorgeous run in Central Park with Greg. 2 hours, starting at 8:30 pace, progressing down to 7:45, and then 7:00 pace for the last 20 minutes. My Garmin was way off so I ran too fast too early. Greg’s Garmin was working and he kept telling me to slow down but I was too stubborn. So based on his watch, I think I ran around 15.4 miles at an average pace of 7:45 for the whole run. Also, I was trying to do the @lululemon and @strava Ghost Race, but I didn’t get credit for it due to the Garmin malfunction. Oh well! A beautiful run and a solid effort, and my OCD self will have to cope without knowing the exact splits, distance and pace. 😂 Photo by @gregclor
