Something I learned while traveling around Iceland is that not only do sheep far outnumber humans, but outnumbering the sheep is the horse. This beautiful breed is unique to Iceland with a specific genetic that has been isolated, preserved, and celebrated since the original Viking homestead movement many centuries ago. I had the joy and privilege of riding one, blond like the one in the foreground, up into the mountains. Various times we went into gallop, which amazingly is only their third of 5 speeds, another unique characteristic separating them from the rest of the world horse population. #icelandichorse#wildandfree#explorenature#manneedsadventure#iceland#horse#playoutside#globetrotter#animallovers
Too near yet too far to reach. Things that could be seen by our naked eyes but impossible for our hands to hold (for now). Or, probably unlikely to happen to be in our possession in just a glimpse. Could be a thing, a dream, or someone we have dreamed of that will walk with us side by side all throughout our journeys.
Why is that sometimes I feel like I was comatosed? As if i was binded by the words written in my own book. I'm always finding a way of freeing myself from it. I can't even turn my own life from the way how it use to be. I'm a little more impatient between the things I wanted and the ones that I needed.
I'm a modern cave man in jailed inside the forgotten natural fortress. No visible entrance neither exits. So I need more patience until I find my way back to the outside world. And that's the thing I want to reach, knowing that it's just on the other side of these walls.
