Friday Flow... 🌊💙💎 These days a Friday is spent Peacefully at home, #makeupfree in my #pjs looking forward to a casual weekend with Jackson and maybe a visit with a friend or 2. I keep my circle small and tight eliminating individuals consumed with negativity, gossip, selfish intentions and those who only live to darken the spirit. And I don't judge, let each #liveandletlive as they wish but it won't be around me! Staying in #tranquility always doing it #onedayatatime and being a #light to all who cross my path. That is #mytruth 💙🌊💎
Trialling the new and improved ‘Hydrate & Heal me’ skin treatment 🙌🏼💕
This treatment is perfect for skins that are lacking moisture and hydration, prone to redness and sensitivity and needing a little extra TLC!
Once the skin is prepped and clean, I use a water-based exfoliation tool, activated by ultrasonic soundwaves (28,000 vibrations per second), to loosen up dead skin cell build up and debris, without causing surface capillary damage or irritation.
Once the skins surface is exfoliated and the dead skin cell build up is removed, a hydrating mask or chemical peel, best suited to your skins individual needs, is then applied to the skin to further stimulate your skins natural cell turnover and nourish any surface dry or irritated areas.
*this treatment is safe for rosacea skins. 🙌🏼

There will be a cleanser to match each of the @freshfaceskin treatments that I offer now.
*The healer cleanser - aimed at balancing oil flow, calming inflammation and redness that can come with angry breakouts, while clearing surface bacteria and pigment & increasing the skin cell turnover - helping to heal stubborn breakouts faster!
*The Reverser cleanser - aimed at brightening skin tone, hydrating & reducing premature ageing within the skin, by helping to increase the skin cell turnover to help stimulate collagen production.
* The Soother cleanser - an oil to milk cleanser, aimed at repairing the skins natural lipid barrier - helping to reduce overall skin redness and sensitivity, while nourishing dryness and increasing moisture levels.
Each are being formulated as we speak by my amazing formulator, however we have had a few hold ups with some of the active ingredients.
I ALWAYS like to trial my products on people with the specific & real skin concerns, to ensure that my products are effective and that my clients and customers won’t be disappointed!
Release date may now be late April - May.
Thank you for your support.
Unfortunately many hold ups can happen in the formulating process & you can’t rush perfection! 💚🙌🏼
I’m not sure why my family thinks I’m weird. Is this not normal behavior? 🤷🏻♀️

There are plenty of reasons to love make up. It can help bring out our favorite features, hide flaws, and make us feel more confident. And if we're being honest, makeup is a blast to play around with (hello, smokey eye YouTube tutorials). But as much as makeup can be a girl's best friend, it may not be the healthiest thing to slather all over our faces on a daily basis. Here's what really happens to you face when you ditch the makeup. YOUR PORES WILL LOOK SMALLER Foundation, blush and bronzer might look nice, but underneath the surface, these tiny makeup particles accumulate in our pores with each wear. Along with all the air pollutants our skin is exposed to each day, dirt builds up, causing pores to become clogged and appear enlarged over time. Although there's nothing you can do to actually change the size of your pores, going makeup free (and regular facial cleansing) minimizes buildup inside the pores, making them appear smaller and giving your complexion a smoother finish.YOU WILL HAVE LESS BREAKOUTS The more makeup we use, the more toxins we're putting on our faces – not to mention all the gross stuff that builds up on our makeup brushes that we know we're not cleaning on a regular basis like we're supposed to. All these germs not only clog pores, but they cause inflammation, which leads to more breakouts that we end up desperately trying to cover up with more makeup. "Makeup is the root cause of acne or skin problems for over 30 percent of my female patients, GOOD BYE DRY SKIN Makeup messes with our skin's natural cell renewal process, which can wreak havoc on the skin, especially on those nights when we're too tired to wash the makeup up off our faces. "One of the most basic problems that occurs when you don't clean your face before bedtime is that natural skin sloughing, where dead skin is replaced with new cells, is impeded, No makeup means no nasty, germy residue left behind to interrupt the formation of new cells. This leaves us with a face that's naturally more vibrant and hydrated. #houstonesthetician#wellness#wellnessfromwithin#skincare#beautifulskin#ayurvedicskincare#makeupfree#elevenelevenskinandwellness#mobilespa#facialspa#antiaging
In my element 🍃 au natural 🍃 in the Japanese garden 🌿🎌✌🏽 Being in my hometown and leaving the house without makeup and sharing photoshop-free moments like these are a LUXURY. And a rarity. And I know you know that every image you see in the media has been edited - but do you realize the extent to which images have been tampered with in order to sell you something you didn’t think you needed? Do you realize how much your self-image and self-worth can be affected by the media? Do yourself a favor and start recognizing those images as fiction. Start listening to your friends’ versions of you as fact. And do your best to love the skin you’re in. Love yourself for your imperfections. Love yourself for your intricacies and your insecurities and your unique journey; love yourself as fully and deeply as you can, and witness the ways in which this world wants to love you back. It starts with you 🖤 and it’s a neverending process y’all 🖤

This is how pensive I feel after the most incredible and therapeutic week with @rayk83 and the other beautiful souls during the Flight Mode intensive. 🦋
My brain, heart and stomach are grateful and full of SPACE - anyone feeling pulled to move into a new place of clarity, I couldn’t recommend Rachel and her work enough. My favourite facilitator in London. @onyxdance couldn’t have been a better setting too!
Recently I submitted for an audition that asked me to send them a makeup-free selfie. I was like, “Great! Let me just go into my phone and...” Nope. I had none. Zero photos of myself with no makeup on. 🤔
Of course, there is absolutely nothing wrong with liking makeup! I obviously choose to wear it frequently, especially if I’m going to some kind of important event or taking photos. But how can I talk all the time about body positivity, and not also talk about how that extends to your face, too?
Makeup is super fun! And it makes me feel cute and confident. It’s also another product that too often gets sold to women as a way to “correct” what we are told is wrong with us.
So many companies make SO much money by telling women that their faces are not okay as they are. That doesn’t mean we need to stop using or buying makeup! But it does mean that we should question and explore why we feel better and more confident when we have it on. And why most of us never take or post photos of us when we don’t have it on.
So here is the makeup-free selfie that I took to send to that production! If you only saw me in Instagram photos, you might think that my face is naturally even and clear, or that my eyelashes are naturally dark and long, or that I don’t have bags under my eyes (although, let’s be honest, it’s hard to disguise those things no matter how much concealer I use 🤷🏻♀️ #genetics#imtired ). But this is how I actually look most of the time. It’s not better or worse than how I look with makeup on. It’s just normal. And normalizing what is actually, literally normal is a big part of what I feel that I should be doing, as a person who cares about body positivity. 🌈🙌🏼💁🏻♀️
E pensare che da piccola odiavo così tanto le mie lentiggini da volerle coprire con fondotinta e creme colorate, adesso non vedo l’ora che esca un minimo di Sole per truccarmi ancora meno e munirmi di costellazioni in faccia
INSECURE. I don’t know when it happened. But it happened slowly and without my knowledge or consent. At first, it happened with my love for makeup and the creative process of “painting” my face to transform it to however I wanted it to look. Then it was the false lashes, and the way they made my eyes look more open and less tired. Then it was the filter, which evened out my skin to hide the blemish and even out my tone. Then it was social media, which favored my manicured face. But above all, it was me. Somewhere along the line, I allowed myself to believe that the color of my skin and the contours of my body are not beautiful enough. So today, I want to reclaim my confidence and love for my body by standing bare and allowing the world to see me for the way I was born. But tomorrow, when the sun comes out, so will my lipstick. 💄Not giving up what I love, but I’m giving up my insecurity! #makeupfree#confidenceisbeautiful#istilllovemakeup#occupationaltherapist#otmiri
