Ce patron m’a tout de suite séduite par son côté simple et efficace et ses nombreuses déclinaisons. J’ai choisi la version avec petits volants mais sans basque car l’été je ne sais pas vous mais moi je passe mon temps avec des tops rentrés dans mes jeans ou short taille haute. Je l’ai cousu en 34 sans aucune modification. مسمن محشو بالبصلة الخضارية وزيت الزيتون و الهريسة..مع شاي بالزعتر ..رااائع ..مساء الخير المقادير : للعجين : مقدار من الدقيق الابيض + نصف مقدار من طحين الفينو (دقيق القمح ارق من سميد الحلويات) -ملح- رشة سنيدة(سكر حبيبات)- نتفة صغيرة من خميرة الخبز و ماء للعجن ..نجمع العجين باضافة الماء و نعركه جيدا بكف اليد حتى يصبح لين و مطاطي ..نتركه يرتاح قليلا ثم نعركه قليلا و نشكل كويرات ندهنها بالزيت و نغطيها ببلاستيك غذائي و نخليها ترتاح حتى نجهز الحشوة . بالنسبة للحشوة نحتاج : كمية لا بأس بها من البصلة الخضارية مشلظة أي مقطعة رقيقة - قزبر و معدنوس مقطعين -التوابل: ملح، ابزار،كمون، تحميرة (بابريكا) ، شوية خرقوم (كركم )، هريسة حسب الذوق، زيتون اخضر مقطع - و زيت زيتون ..في مقلاة فوق النار بها زيت نشحر البصل مع الملح حتى يذبل ثم نضيف باقي التوابل والقزبر و المعدنوس و الزيتون المقطع مع التحريك حتى تنسجم كل العناصر جيدا ثم نضعها جانبا لتبرد جيدا لكي لا تقطع لنا العجين.. الطريقة: نأخذ كرة من العجين نفردها جيدا باستعمال الزيت حتى تصبح رقيقة ثم ندهنها بالخليط الي جهزناه ثم نثني الجوانب و نشكله على شكل ظرف او مربع او على شكل دائري حسب الرغبة ..نسخن مقلاة ثقيلة و نرشها بالزيت ثم نكرس اي نضغط على القطعة الأولى التي حشونا حتى تصبح رقيقة نسبيا و نضعها فوق المقلاة لتطهى من الجهتين و تتحمر ..نفس الشئ نفعله للباقي ..عندنا ننتهي من الطهي يقدم المسمن المحشي ساخنا مرفوقا بالشاي المغربي ..و بالصحة ملاحظة : يمكن قسم الحشوة لقسمين قبل طهيها ، و نجهز رغايف بالحشوة الغير مطهوة و ندخلها للفرن و ذلك بأن نحشو رغيفة و نضعها وسط رغيفة أخرى محشوة و نلفها ، يعني واحدة وسط أخرى ( عملتها لكن لم اصورها فقط اعطيتكم فكرة )..كما يمكن اضافة القليل من الكفتة او الشحم المحكوك للحشوة ، أنا اكتفيت بالبصل لأن الجو حار هذه الأيام.. #مسمن_مغربي #طبخي #مطبخي #كوزينتي #فطاير #اكل_مغربي #المطبخ_المغربي #msemen #farci #goûter #yummyfood #delicious #homemade #homebaking #healthyfood #eating #eatclean #macuisine #instacuisine #foodshare #homemadefood #goodtime #alhamdulillah #moroccanfood #instafood #instabake #instafoodie #yummy #beautifulcuisines #madebyeme

كريب تركي..فطائر لذيذة محشوة بالكفتة و الجبن..قدمتها مع حسوة بالسميدة ..بالصحة عشاكم مقادير العجين: نصف كيلو دقيق ابيض - ياغورت طبيعي بدون سكر -ملعقة كبيرة زبدة - ملعقة سنيدة(سكر حبيبات) - ملعقة خميرة الخبز -ملح..نخلط كل المقادير مع اضافة قليل من الحليب او الماء للحصول على عجين لين جدا..نغطيه و نتركه يختمر. مقادير الحشوة :كمية من الكفتة-بصلة مشلظة- فلفل بالألوان مقطع مربعات - طماطم مقطعة مربعات -قزبر و معدنوس مقطعين -التوابل: ملح -ابزار (فلفل اسود)- سكينجبير(زنجبيل ) -كمون -تحميرة(بابريكا ) -سودانية (شطة باودر )..وجبن شيدر او كرويير او جبن السندويشات ..في مقلاة فوق النار نشحر البصل مع شوية زيت ثم نضيف الفلفل و الطماطم و الكفتة و القزبر و المعدنوس و التوابل ، نحرك جيدا و نخلي الكل يتشحر جيدا و ينشف نقسم العجين لكريات ..نأخذ كل كرة نسرحها فوق سطح مرشوش جيدا بالدقيق بالدلاك (النشابة )ثم نضع مقدار من الحشوة فجانب العجين و فوقها نضع الجبن ثم اثنيها و اقفلها جيدا ..نطهوها فوق مقلاة ثقيلة بدون زيت حتى تتحمر من الجهتين ..ندهنها و هي ساخنة بالزبدة و يمكن تتركها بدون دهن و تقدم ..بالصحة #فطائر #طبخي #مطبخي #كوزينتي #طبخات #اكلات #اكل_مغربي #عشاء_اليوم #crepe_turque #dinner #delicious #homecooking #homemade #foodrevolution #foodshare #instalike #instafoodie #instafood #macuisine #instacuisine #yummy #healtyfood #eatclean #homemadefood #bake #photooftheday #foodpic #foodgasm #madebyeme #bonappetit
