Everybody is always going on about "Kris is the better character, you're super wrong if you say otherwise!" but I always preferred Lyra a bit more, that's just me.
Fitness is a choice. It’s a decision. If you’re not succeeding in achieving your fitness goals, most likely it’s because you haven’t DECIDED to make it happen. When i was yo-yo’ing between 10-30 lbs overweight, dieting, and trying to lose weight to fit into a bikini...i never actually achieved the goal. I kept gaining the weight back, and kept picking myself apart every single time. And notice i used the word, “trying”. I didn’t decide to get in shape. I tried. And i failed to sustain it every time
Fast forward to 2018, and not only did i lose 50 lbs, but i’ve kept it off for almost 2 years and have continued to build muscle and lean out. How??? I DECIDED to. I looked in the mirror and saw myself at almost 200 lbs, and realized there were only 2 options: keep gaining weight, keep running from the emotional baggage that drove me to binge eat and put all the weight on, risk future disease and illness, body and joint pain, dr. Visits, limited use of my body and ability to enjoy physical activities
OR...suck it up and do the damn thing. Spend the 30 - 60 mins a day on myself sweating and working out. Deal with the emotional baggage, work on myself and my mindset. I wanted to be able to do and excel at physical activities, i wanted to have no limits on what my body was capable of achieving. So i decided to make it my reality and change my story

ive been neglecting Lyra because well sometimes when I train it I just start yelling;
whyyyyy why do I do Lyra?
BUT I put on some spooky socks and did some of my fave moves, it helped.
