Settling back into Sydney life and starting to write up the articles from our trip. It’s been such an incredible 9 months I don’t know where to start! Anything you want to read about first?
Italy, Finland, Samoa, Tahiti, Cook Islands or Mexico?!
#Chocolate production in #Vietnam, with its ideal combination of heat and humidity, got a boost in 1997 when the World Cocoa Foundation started the #CocoaProject, promoting cocoa among smallholder Vietnamese #farmers by means of research, demonstration plots and technical assistance.⠀
In the following years, organizations from #USAID to the #WorldWildlifeFund pitched in. This in turn has filtered down to small scale farmers in the form of government subsidies such as technical support, a daily growing schedule, free or subsidized saplings, free fertilizer, and regular seminars, all expected to last until 2020.⠀
Spotted: A cacao #farm in Vietnam's #MekongDelta.⠀

I love this photo Mike captured of a dome sitting among the evergreens on Capri's Monte Solaro. The chair lift ride to the top the mountain is worth the time and expense, since you're rewarded with sweeping views of Anacapri and the coastline.

Glad I was home for a bit in Hong Kong. Towards the end of the year I felt stressed and confused about a lot of things in my life. During my free time I would binge watch a lot of YouTube and for my own channels was working inefficiently. Each day seemed to go by super quickly but I couldn't quite remember what I did in my free time. I feel like I have more clarity now and control of my own time. Every hour feels like an hour to me. I go to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am even catching sunset which I never did before. Previously an 8am workout class seemed terrible to be but now I'm even able to get in some work by then. After coming back from Hong Kong I did back to back gym classes and felt super tight but tonight I spent some time doing yoga and I feel that it has relaxed me. Going to get ready for bed now haha at 9:30pm. Byeeeee
Baily Head: Waves of these beauties continued to arrive fresh from the sea.
Baily Head is the home of an estimated 100,000 pairs of Chinstrap penguins. It was amazing.

In diesem Sinne... Arriba, arriba!
