What do you do when life push.... mother f.... I push back!!! Yesterday someone told me “you swim upstream, keep on pushing never lift your feet up - it is easier to lift your feet and go down with the stream but don’t go the easy way keep on swimming upstream”. Today I almost lifted my feet. After a emotional weekend, terrible experience yesterday I endesd up with a flat tyre on my combi today.
Standing there looking at it thinking : so am I going to crack like I realy rèally feel like doing or am I going to make a plan, so ended up giving the milk to shop manager to put in fridge run to my house (anyway needed to run) fetch hubby, change tyre then went for n 1km slow swim. Now I can function again - màn did that little people in my head go mad when I jumped in the pool - sure they thought oh my word oh my wòòrd today she’s drowning us 🤣. But with nothing else to do bùt thinking I cleared up head and ready to take on what ever is coming.
It is scary how emotional stuff can affect you!! I’m a no drama llama, don’t intertain it, don’t invite it and def not starting it 🤸🏼♂️. Just getting stronger, keep your head up!
