So, if you are keen to meet, please send me a direct message or email email@example.com and we can tee up a time that suits (appointment times available on 10, 11 and 12 of July).

Guess what? 😱 Yesterday Mullo Studio became an in-house team of two! *Introducing* Ivy Fitton as Mullo’s administration extraordinaire / all rounder on a part time basis! ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Mullo’s growing pains are strong, the administration side of this business takes up more than 50% of my time, so this hire should have happened months ago! Whoops. 😂💛
Ivy is a dream. She is an old soul, she takes initiative, she’s organised, calm, dead smart, cracks a bloody good crude joke, she’s hungry to learn, has a beautiful eye (photography, floristry and fashion), she knows the Byron Shire lay of the land so well and most importantly of all, she’s a delight with humans. ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She started yesterday and lightened up my day. She went above and beyond from the word go — adding value to this business within a second. It was a joy writing the employment agreement, and thinking of all the things that I dream of having at Mullo Studio as a workplace. I’ll reveal this list soon... ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Welcome Ivy. Let’s get this Mullo Studio fam started! 💥❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This pregnancy has me in a tailspin... all I want is healthy food!! It’s bizarre. I got through the hot chips stage and now all I want is rainbow salads. This charcoal bread looks delicious and now I’m laying in bed wanting a sandwich for breakfast 🤦♀️

The eternal hunt for the triangle. We know it well. As small business owners, it's easy to get weighed down by responsibilities. Instead of focusing on just one task, we often spread ourselves thinner than an American's preferred amount of Vegemite on toast (read: minuscule). It may result in a completed to-do list, but it also results in that niggling feeling of knowing the jobs aren't done as well as they could and should be.
Our go-to when you need to regroup? Leave the office/home/kitchen table you are working from, hunt down some wi-fi and focus on accomplishing one single task while you are out. A change of scenery never fails to reset the compass and reveal the most effective way though your to-do list maze. Pizza also helps.

Did you know, here at No Nasties, we only use natural & non-toxic ingredients.
Don't be fooled with products claiming to be "natural" when they are using FD&C and LAKE colouring. They are not natural based colours, they are synthetic colours. They can also say "Non-Toxic" as the colouring and ingredients are considered safe by Government standards but in the natural product world, we wouldn't use those ingredients.
Check labels. The world of "natural" cosmetics and "non-toxic" is a minefield. That is just the reality of it. I am seeing even some of the biggest "natural" based companies lax their standards and are now selling products that contain synthetically coloured products and even products containing ingredients that they had previously written blogs about!
At the end of the day, it comes down to knowledge and understanding what is what! 😀😀 .

This is Olive. ⠀
A.k.a Office Dog Manager⠀
A.k.a CPO (Chief Pats Officer)⠀
She was really excited to accept the position until I told her at team photos that sleeping during work hours was not allowed. ⠀
This was her face. ⠀
Besides her constant need for pats, I think she will be a great asset to the team! And on the plus side, she's extremely loyal!⠀
She has even requested to have a weekly feature on Instagram called the 'Olive Edit'. ⠀
I told her it would depend on her performance (not destroying her toys or eating the plants) and attitude (not crying while I try to work or moping around until I take her for a walk) around the workplace.⠀
I expect nothing but great things from her!

➡️ My passive income paid my rent while I travelled for 2 weeks!⠀
I’m BACK from my 2 week stint over in Penang and Bali and while I didn’t fully switch off, I have come back feeling ALL inspired and rejuvenated to get stuck back into it all (and just a tad tired). ⠀
➡️ In all seriousness though, if you haven’t jumped onto selling digital products, it’s time NOW to do it. Stop putting it off and dive in!⠀
➡️ How do you get started?! ⠀
✨ Is there a question or topic you often get asked about?⠀
✨ Get stuck into your market research! Not every idea is a good idea. You need to identify a PROBLEM that people have and SOLVE that for them. ⠀
✨ Jump onto Reddit and read the forums, search YouTube and Instagram for people’s questions in the comments on posts. Take your time to collate as much information as possible...⠀
✨ And when you’re ready, make sure you set aside TIME to get into the zone and write.⠀
...then plan your launch period (this is SO important to get right to ensure you actually get sales when you launch. ⠀
✨ Got a question about creating, selling and marketing digital products? Throw them below and I’ll answer anything! 💗⠀

D I D you know you can automatically share your Instagram stories to Facebook stories?⠀
Go to your profile and hit the hamburger menu (the 3 lines top right)⠀
> Settings > Privacy > Story⠀
Then scroll to the bottom and toggle on the ‘share to Facebook stories’ switch to make all your story sharing dreams come true 💫⠀
Are you sitting down? I hope so! Because I’m about to share an epic #mailchimphack with you. Prepare for your mind to be blown! 🤯⠀
Okay...you might not think it’s THAT epic, but I’d love for you to share in my excitement for a moment plz? 🙈⠀
If you’re currently a user of Mailchimp, did you know that when you send an email campaign, a browser-based copy of it is automatically created? 📧 ⠀
Better yet, Mailchimp also creates a free and shareable archive landing page for 20 of your most recent campaigns. Whaaaaaat 😱⠀
I haven’t lost you yet have I? 😜⠀
To locate the shareable URL for your email campaign archive, follow these steps.⠀
1️⃣ Open up your Mailchimp account in your browser.⠀
2️⃣ Once in, click on the audience tab in the top left hand corner.⠀
3️⃣ If you have more than one audience, you’ll need to select the audience you want to work from the drop-down menu under the current audience header.⠀
4️⃣ When you’re positive you have selected the correct audience, click on manage audience (right side of the screen) and choose signup forms from the drop-down menu.⠀
5️⃣ Click on the yellow form builder icon.⠀
6️⃣ Under the form builder header, you’ll see another header called forms and response emails. Click this and choose campaign archive page from the drop-down menu.⠀
7️⃣ Under the campaign archive page URL heading, you’ll see a unique URL. Copy it!⠀
8️⃣ Paste the URL into your web browser to view the email campaign archive for your selected audience.⠀
Not sure you’re diggin’ the look and style of your campaign archive landing page? Go back to the page on step 6️⃣ ⠀
Here, you’ll see two tabs called ‘Build It’ and ‘Design It’. These tabs will allow you to insert an image, change the background colour, edit the font, or add extra text.⠀
If you’re currently subscribed to a particular mailing list (hopefully mine 😉) and would like to access their most recent newsletters, simply open up their latest campaign in your inbox and swipe across to see the rest of the steps 📲 ⠀
Happy Friday eve ✌🏼
One of the questions I get asked the most is ‘What other accounts am I working on’ so I try to be as transparent as I can (and as my clients will allow)
In saying that, say hello 👋🏼 to @emilyjakschofficial I love working with Em because her message and her vibe is something I totally connect with. Her goal? To break the negative stigma Millennial’s tend to have. She has self funded her own research to prove that Millennials are actually really cool (but duh, I knew that already 🤭) She is across other platforms, but her presence and strategy is quite professional. Our goal for Insty is to connect with other Millennials and give them support.
Go and give her a follow - we put a lot of effort into her content, a good mix of educational and relatable.
Thanks for the fun Em, love working with you 😍 #eksandoh

You down with USP? //
We have choice. Lots of choice. We have 590* candle businesses to sniff [shout out to all those candle makers keeping the world smelling ace] with an equal amount of florists blooming. There’s a whole lot of eyebrow technicians to eyeball, balloon biddies blowing up [and popping off], a BIG and social group of social media managers + many, maaaany more categories I haven’t mentioned.
So how does one stand out among all the web-y noise? Especially when it’s like peak hour on a Mumbai train [read: super crowded]. .
You need a bloody good USP. US whuh?
USP = Unique Selling Proposition. A thing that makes your business unique. Something you do differently over your competitors.
Example: if you're a small business that pedals eco friendly beauty products – you echo it everywhere, sista! [or brother]. A tattoo artist that only uses squid ink? You best be tattooing it on your customer's foreheads. Produce wine locally? Then YES WAY ROSE, you market that shi[ra]z with a home grown angle [if your target demo is local, of course].
You get the gist.
No USP? No worries + read on:
- Identify your ideal customers / understand your target audience.
- What are their problems and how can your product or service solve them?
- How do your products or services separate you from your competition?
Once you’ve worked this out – voila – you have a USP to subtly weave across different marketing avenues - blogs, social media, PR, whatever - and people will grow to know and love your business ✌️

Let’s face it - it’s one of those platforms that you know there could probably be potential on, but so far?
It’s been all spammy connection requests and stale, ‘professional’ posts with zero personality.
Well, today’s Stevie Says Social podcast guest and all around girl boss @_rubylee_ is proof that it doesn’t have to be that way. In fact, LinkedIn is SO hot right now, and if you AREN’T taking advantage of it? Well, you’re missing out BIG time.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @_rubylee_ is a side hustle coach that has used LinkedIn, LInkedIn video and live video to build a sizeable coaching empire in just 12 months. She is currently travelling around the world with her little fam bam speaking at conferences and events, commanding premium pricing for her offers and making a damn big impact - all as a result of her presence on LinkedIn.
Wondering how to stand out on Linked In with video? This is the episode for you.

Do you want to know what is remarkably spectacular in the small business world?
How good humans support one another, how we are collectively on the same path and infinitely understand the journey, and it’s twists and turns...and how we celebrate each other.
Over the last few weeks since releasing my maiden (terrifying) first poddy interviews, I have been inundated with the most ridic 10/10 kind hearted, solid gold support. DM’s, comments, shares and tagging and a whole bunch of digital high fives.
This kind of support is what raises us up. And when we rise we take each other with us. That saying, the rising tide lifts all boats. It’s damn true - I’ve seen it time and time again. I’ve seen so many businesses grow and flourish and as they thrive they need arms and legs to help them. They refer and support those who have supported their journey. It’s a beautiful circular thing.
And aside from the long term benefits. My fave thing about all the digi hand clapping has to be that it all costs absolutely nothing but sparkly good vibes while on the receiving end - it makes the little person behind the screen grin from ear to ear and keep on paddling up stream.
Here’s to the wobbly, often winding and sometimes fabulous business journey! Thanks for all of your support good humans!

RENOVATION.. Are you thinking about designing a new kitchen or bathroom and don’t know where to start?
Hi I’m Susie Miles Interior designer and I work with people who want to transform their homes.
I’m here at @cosentino_aust with one of my clients selecting stone benchtops for their home. We’ve been designing a new kitchen as well as bathrooms and living spaces.
Here’s 3 of the 7 steps I teach in my Master Classes to help people design a new Kitchen or Bathroom
STEP 1 - Think about the look you want to achieve.
STEP 2 - Consider the layout so it’s functional and you can cook and entertain easily if it’s the kitchen.
STEP 3 - Create a Moodboard to edit your colour scheme and finishes.
JOIN US at this Saturday’s Bathroom Master Class JUNE 22 and discover the 7 steps to designing your beautiful Bathroom!
1️⃣ Blog Articles 📝 [Awareness Stage]
What are some common questions & search queries within your industry that you’re knowledgeable & clued up on? Hone in on the pain & pleasure points of your target audience to come up with engaging blog topic ideas.
2️⃣ Ebooks 📒 [Interest/Consideration Stage]
What problem can you solve that would be best served up as an ebook? Expand on the above suggestion and create long form content that can be beautifully presented as an ebook, all whilst subtlety up-selling your premium offers and positioning you as an expert.
3️⃣ Checklists ✅ How-To Guides [Unawareness Stage]
Is the service or product you offer apart of a bigger picture? How does your service or product fit into the solution of the problem you’re helping solve? A free checklist / how-to guide can position you well in the solution.
For example: You sell party invites? Create a checklist for everything you need to plan the perfect party and include ‘buy custom designed invites from [your biz name here]’ Or create a guide on how to plan the perfect party 🎉
4️⃣ Infographics 📊 [Consideration/Evaluation Stage]
Visual pieces of informative content are great ways to break down heavy topics with lots data & statistics. Factual pieces that are easy to digest can bring awareness to problems you solve & further convince your potential clients that you are the solution!
5️⃣ How To Videos 📹 [Post-Purchase/Evaluation Stage]
What’s a better way to leverage some of your existing content than explainer videos. Creating a video on how to get the best use out of your product/service is a great supporting piece for someone who’s purchased. Also helpful if still deciding whether to buy or not and wanting to see your product/service in use.
I’d love to know if you’re using any of these 5️⃣ examples in your content marketing strategy! Comment below the number of examples, I’ve named, that you’re currently using 1 - 5? Or head to my stories and place your votes 🗳

Have you ever used Wordclouds? It is a fabulous tool for getting a visual of how many times you use a word in a paragraph or page. You paste your text into the tool and the more times you use a word, the bigger it appears in the picture.
It is a great tool for SEO (the biggest words will be what google sees as your keywords and what you will rank for) and for double checking the tone of your text. Are your word choices positive or negative? Are words you have used the most appealing? You really can get a good feel for your text by seeing it displayed this way.
Wordclouds is a free website. Just google wordclouds and you will find it. @plinkit_au

Lets talk about impostor syndrome 💃🏻.
I put the dancing emoji there to make this seem like a fun, easy topic, but to be honest it’s one that strikes some serious panic ⚡️ into my heart. The thing is this: we know that it’s big and exciting and wonderful to chase our wildest dreams 🌈🚌💭, to take the leap, to chase love and happiness and the life that we have always or suddenly dreamed of 💕🙏🏼. And it is! But sometimes, it’s also fucking terrifying.
It’s terrifying to wake up in the middle of the night in inexplicable fear, with the idea in your head that you are not 👏🏼 qualified 👏🏼 enough 👏🏼. It’s terrifying that chasing your dreams also comes with rejection, with questions, with moments that you’re not sure that anyone else believes you can do it, so why should you? ⛈. It’s terrifying to wonder if the rug will be pulled from your feet suddenly, to dwell on the fact that your base isn’t stable, to think about the fact that maybe everyone knows you are a big sneaky impostor and that maybe they’re right.
Well let me tell you something. Anyone worth their SALT, in any industry on earth 🌏 , who isn’t a flippin’ sociopath, has moments of wobble and doubt. EVERYONE could be better trained in something. Everyone who is passionate about what they do wants to be their best, and everyone has moments where they fear that they are the worst. They’re almost certainly not 🤷🏻♀️.
Impostor syndrome shouldn’t make our hearts thud and our mouths dry - it should be a timely reminder that we are all just muddling through in one way or another, that we all have moments of BRILLIANCE ⚡️ and days that we wonder if we should just throw in the towels and become lollipop ladies 🍭.
Impostor syndrome means you give a shit, about your work and your worth and your life, and you are in bloody good company - the person you MOST admire in life, be it your mum or Ryan Reynolds @vancityreynolds or Jane Lu @thelazyceo or JK bloody Rowling has probably felt those shudders too, and we need to remember that failure (even just in our own noggins) isn’t the antidote to success - it is a part of it 🔥🔥
Thanks for coming to my TEDtalk, sorry about the swears - and hey: you’ve got this.
