You flow within me
carrying away the hurt
cleansing the limitations
healing the wounds
loving me profoundly
the exhale becomes one
no longer seperate
I feel your leaves dance
your roots take anchor
I stand taller
your breath speeds
my pulse quickens
there is only us
for we are one
It hasn’t been easy these past couple of months tbt. Figuring out lots of things with the different phases of life. Trying to maintain a constant illusion of happiness even when that’s not what’s being felt.
I once told myself it’s okay to not be okay, but then again it’s one thing to tell your self something, and to live in the reality of that something and also being okay in that reality.
But, it is well. I’ve said it, I believe it, and I’ll eventually see it.
“Wait, why are you posting this photo? There is something on your face?” You might be asking. Let me tell you. You can think it’s strange, you can call me weird, I’m fine with all of it. I’m posting it because I caught some guardian angels. I captured some spirits that were surrounding me. Maybe you have heard of this, maybe you haven’t. Maybe you believe it and maybe you don’t. The thing is I do. I believe in the supernatural, I believe that we have supernatural powers that we once understood how to tap into. That we lost this capability and we are now working on getting it back. You have to believe, you have to trust, in yourself and in the universe. The question is do you?
Are you living in the NOW?
Right NOW is your chance to live. Right NOW you have control of your actions & decisions. -
You do not have control of the past. You do not have the ability to control your future. BUT your actions right NOW will affect your future. So focus on the NOW. -
Focusing on the #now is definitely something I struggle with. To be present in the moment. Our world tells us to always be looking forward. With questions like “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Or “Where do you see yourself in 5 years?”. How about instead e ask ourselves “What I am doing right now that makes me happy?”. #happyhealthygirl#livinginthenow#arbonne
Today’s post is getting out of the loop of over thinking and worrying. Without realizing it we can spend our days in survival mode running on stress hormones, thinking and worrying… and any time we are doing this we are not in the present moment, we are not grounded and centered.
Running on stress hormones has negative consequences for our health, relationships and happiness. I am not a health practitioner but I do know it can effect our digestion, our gut microbes, our hormone balance and much more....
There is a new way… which is replacing fear with trust…at a deep level accepting that we can not control our life by over thinking and worrying so instead letting go and surfing the waves of life…
How do we do this in practice? Read my full blog post: .

THE ONLY THING THATS WORTHLESS IS YOUR ABILITY TO GET THE MESSAGE ... SILLY FUCKER #livinginthenow
It's #wednesdaynight andI'm in a #mood to talk about #memories.
Last night I was thinking about two things
1️⃣ How happy I am today that there was no internet during the 70’s. (Yes, I CAN remember back that far-despite any ’recreational stuff' going on at the time).
2️⃣ My approach to life was more spur-of-the-moment, unstudied and unrehearsed than it is today.
I was WINGING IT in the late 70's and I LOVED it!
OR... Was I?
Did I really love my life in the 70's?
The reality is, for a multitude of reasons‑ (believe me there isn't enough paper to list them all)‑most of my days during the 1970's were dark and difficult.
▷Here's the thing about the memories of your past experiences-
Memories of past experiences can be your best friends or worst enemies.
They can help you, or haunt us; propel you, or cripple you.
Unfortunately for most people thinking about how things used to be is more of an enemy than a friend.
And if you're one of those people, then you may be stuck believing that your past was rosier than it is today.
❉ A romanticized view of the past serves only to make you feel bad about the present.
❉ Your Life is a mixed bag every day, every decade, and try not to allow romanticizing the past ruin the life you have now.
The key to moving forward in a healthy way is to deal with your past constructively — instead of being passively caught in it, aim instead to be actively processing it.
