3 months ago, I was so unhappy with myself. The laziness, depression, and complacency had set in. I didn’t realize how much all of it was due to the fact that i wasn’t putting my health/myself at the top of my priority lost. I never thought that making one step to hire a trainer would change my life so much. Finding @johnnyjuice1 has been one of the best things that could’ve ever happened to me. His knowledge has helped me become the new woman i am today!! It has been a super challenging 3 months but i wouldn’t change a thing! Even with Halloween, thanksgiving, a trip back home, and a carribean vacation ,I am down 16 LBS and feel like a completely different person physically AND MENTALLY! I know now i can DO ANYTHING i set my mind to! NO EXCUSES!!!!!! Stop spinning your wheels and MAKE CHANGE! Ready to hit it hard another 3 months !!! I decided to try it out.
I knew I wanted more out of life and I couldn’t continue to watch the people on my timeline succeed at something “DIFFERENT” while I sat back and wished for more. I didn’t have anything to lose, but if It was all real... I would have so much to gain!
So I decided to try it... Life is about choices my poppy always said so to keep it simple..
It always comes down to the point where☝🏼YOU have to decide if you want to be a creator or criticizer. You can either create the life you want by trying something new or you can criticize others for what YOU refuse to try.

I swear I have had so many people doing such nice things for me lately. But you know what? I have been giving extra nicely myself. That is how it works. You get back what you put out. It may not happen simultaneously, but it will happen.
Share the love and it will come back to you.
I feel like I have an invisible mistletoe hanging over my head.
Think about the energy you are giving to people. Are you being difficult? Impatient? Are you pushing people away? Or are you holding doors open? Getting out of the way, for a hurried driver? Watching the neighbors pet while they go visit family?
This world needs more good actions followed up with great reactions. Let's all pay it forward today.

Y’all ever take a good look in the mirror and actually process what’s staring back at you? Someone that you have complete and utter CONTROL over. I’ve made a couple of changes in my life recently that has made me a far better person than I ever was. The little things matter, your daily routine matters, everything you DO matters. Im sharing this because for the first time in a long time, I really feel alive and here are some of the things I’ve changed; •waking up and deciding not to be on your phone for the first hour of your day
•taking care of your body •choosing a smaller plate for smaller portions •drinking lots and lots of water
•STRETCHING •I sit at a computer most of the day so every hour I do sit ups or push ups •walking those distances that are in reach instead of driving •journaling •setting some goals for myself for these next couple of months
•budgeting •staying positive, taking deep breaths when I can feel myself getting mad •smiling at strangers •listening to people talk instead of disrupting •when I’m out with friends or family, I’m starting to catch myself not worrying about my phone and living in the moment
Again, these are all things that are just in my DAILY routine that I’ve been working on. Moral of this post is that at the end of the day, you are exactly who you put yourself out to be. Be the change you want to see in your life. ~ Tears Are Words To Write ~ .
I know that sharing some of your innermost thoughts and feelings in a blog post, or writing a book is not for everyone. .
But I love these words from one of my favourite authors. Writing something, whether it’s on paper, on your computer, in a journal, or even in the notes on your phone, allows you to get the thoughts and feelings out of your head. It’s cathartic, it’s therapeutic, it helps you work it out, and it helps you heal.
If you’re struggling with something, give it a try, just start writing, and get it outside of your head. Whether you send it to someone or not, just the act of getting it out is acknowledging how you feel and you will feel so much lighter. .

With the desire to live a healthier life came yoga but not only...
Slowing down and cooking for the well being of my family came hand in hand with the practice of yoga.
I feel so blessed and lucky to have a wonderful vegetable grower just down the road from our house. A real luxury when living in a capital city!
Every Thursday evenings I go and buy his vegetables - all locally grown and free of pesticides...And on Friday, I think and plan what I will cook over the weekend for the rest of the week 😊
Nature is wonderful and people who work in harmony with it are wonderful too (It takes so much hard work!).

2018 has been one of the most challenging year of my entire life. If had a lot of ups + a TON of downs. Let’s just say it was an emotional rollercoaster I couldn’t get off of. I started my own business while still working as a flight attendant, made friends with people who’ve changed my outlook on life, got through some hard times and came out stronger than before *que the Britney Spears song*. I’m not going to lie, 2018 was a bitch, but I’m going to make 2019 my bitch.
i found myself
face down in the dirt
watering the earth with tears

that seeds i didn’t know were planted

I can't tell you how many times I felt like I was at the end of my rope.
How were the bills going to get paid? Why was I in a relationship with a narcissistic asshole? Why did I not take care of myself? Why was I so miserable? Why did it seem like nothing would ever change?
You guessed it. Nothing changed because I didn't change. I stayed in the familiar comfort zone, of low self esteem.
Discovering yourself is a major break through. Realizing that you have value and deserve to be in a healthy state of mind, healthy relationships and a healthy body, is a game changer.
There is nothing wrong with telling people to kiss your ass and move on, when they are not treating you well. There is nothing wrong with taking time for self care. There is certainly nothing wrong with investing in yourself and working on your own personal development.
