A peek inside what another day on our Om in India, IFF's Yoga & Culture Retreat will look like!
The last three nights on our retreat brings you to Goa. Here you will find an infinite stretch of sand beneath a canopy of blue skies. Imagine the early morning sun on your face as we awaken with an energizing yoga and meditation practice, feel your bare feet on the firm sand, as you watch the fishermen going out to sea and the porpoises playing in the frothy waves. You'll have breakfast in a beachside café, go for a swim, and then maybe retreat to the shade to read your favourite book. We invite you to enjoy these last few days with relaxation balanced with cooking lessons, a day trip to Dudhsagar Falls and a gratitude bonfire while we watch the sunset over the sea. All of this awaits you this November 15-26, 2019 with In Fine Feather Yoga. Still have questions? Click the link in our bio to explore the retreat website or contact Jackee & Helena.
PS we are hosting a retreat movie night at the studio on Friday February 22nd at 7:00-10:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend! In the spirit of India join us at the studio for a movie night to kick off our retreat followed by a Q&A session with the retreat directors, Helena McKinney & Jackee DeSimone! Together we will enjoy the movie, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel with light refreshments and healthy snacks.
Save your spot via MINDBODY, in studio or go to our website.
When you don’t have a studio and you live in the frozen tundra, you have to get creative about locations, thanks to this cozy like coffee spot at racy’s we were able to warm up and get some great shots in this cute little nook.
It's Friday and it's time to plan a little getaway if you haven't got any ideas for the weekend yet. Given the time, I'd always go to the southwest of Tasmania for a day-walk. Experience one of the oldest forests, the diverse terrains and fauna and the peaceful remoteness. Short walks are easily accessible while longer and more difficult hikes await for those with a brave wild heart. Where's your favourite bushwalking destination?
Note: bushfires are present at parts of Tasmania's southwest, be sure you do your research properly before hopping on one of the most amazing journeys in the wilderness.
Sometimes the bad things that happen in our life put us directly on the path to the best things that will ever happen to us.💛

It’s snowing outside & I’m dreaming of this place...
Do you like Mountains or the Ocean?
I love both!
However, if I had to pick; I’d pick the mountains.
I love colder temperatures, I love snow capped mountains, and the fresh cold air on my face...
If I’m booking a holiday; it’s always mountainous over tropical.
Have a wonderful day my sweet souls!
Introducing the owner & creator of @marlobymarlo ~ @marlo.grover
This self titled label was created because I wanted to create garments for my customers that I love wearing myself.

"I got my heart broken and I survived, I failed 3 courses in university and graduated, I got rejected in the very first job I applied for and got promoted yesterday, I went through hard times with my family but then two years later, we laughed our hearts out over lunch, The closest friends disappointed me several times but I made new friends and loved them with all my heart. I did it once, I can do it again."
“No, I’m not ok. But I haven’t been ok since I was 11, maybe 12. I am still here though. I’m still breathing. For me, sometimes, that will have to be enough.” #moonlovers🌛

"Please make sure that wherever you’re at in life, you don’t treat it like a transitory period. Don’t waste your college years wishing to already be graduated & have a job. Don’t waste your single years wishing for someone to be in love with. If when those things come, they will come in due time and they will be good. But there is nothing like looking back and feeling empty because you wasted literal years ignoring what you had because you were hoping for something better. While it’s important to better yourself and reach for your goals, don’t neglect the present because that’s where you are now and it’s your now that determines your future." #moonlovers🌛

"It’s not that you should never love something so much that it can control you. It’s that you need to love something that much so you can never be controlled. It’s not a weakness. It’s your best strength." -Patrick Ness, The Ask and Answer #moonlovers🌛
