//project you// If you want to work hard at anything in life...... Work hard on yourself! Its the most worthwhile project you could ever work on. .
I've had to work through so many things in life and learn lessons and hard lessons at that. I've had to rediscover who I am several times over by working on my mindset, my self worth, my health, my wellbeing.....and it hadn't been easy realising what I needed to do. .
I've learned to take care of me..... So that I can take care of others.....I take time for me..... I take myself for coffee, I grab that bubble bath and relax, read my favourite book in peace, take a walk in nature..... Whatever I need I take it for me....
I work on my health each day because its important to me, I work out each day because I want to feel alive and be strong and feel good. I challenge myself and push beyond my limits because I know that's the only way I can grow and be the best version of me.
I want to be the best mum, the best partner, the best colleague, the best friend I can be......I can do this if I look after me first. No-one can pour from an empty cup...... So keep filling yours up every day. .
Being your #1 priority is not selfish its necessary!
Project you....... Start today 🙌 you will thank yourself for it.
I just want to say that I’m here for anyone that needs someone to talk to or encouragement or anything i don’t care if we aren’t friends if we don’t know each other or if we hate each other you need someone to talk to or help you out I’m here. Stuff gets bumpy and it’s good to have someone to talk to sometimes. Opeha ota eesa ouya oonsa #wrestling#teaches#life#lessons and some of these lessons build bonds between people that no matter how much time is spent with them even if it’s a day you would be proud to call them your sibling. I can’t wait to wrestle you again. Next time let’s make it a good one. (Not talking about person in photo)
Take yourself back to love. Always.
Whenever I encounter “sticky” situations lately , I’ve been asking myself, am I acting from a place of love? That simple phrase makes me question if I’m speaking from my truth, if I’m listening with intent, and if I’m looking from a space that is open, and seeking to understand.
There are moments where I’m out of alignment with this, and the impact is huge. It hurts. Yet, I’ve also come to accept that I’m human, and that growth in our lives is not perfect. Things come up to show us where we need to heal, where we need to forgive, and it’s up to us to learn from all of it to become fuller expressions of ourselves.
Tutoring Tits & Bits
Every learner is different. They might differ in behaviour, personality, temperament, understanding and learning abilities. The qualities of one student thus cannot be compared with another one. Some students learn quickly while some might need extra attention to bring out the best of their potential. Some students are comfortable with a classroom learning environment while some feel it to be a little restrictive and distracting. For the latter ones, home tutoring comes out to be a great option.
BENEFITS OF HOME TUTORING
The teacher-student ratio problem often exists in a majority of learning places. One teacher in a class is unable to give attention to each student, due to which every student cannot learn to his/her best. However, home Tutoring can eliminate this problem.
Instead of the student having to keep up with the pace of the entire group of students, with home tutoring the pace of the tutor varies as per the individual student. This clearly means a student will get more attention from a home tutor as compared to the teacher in the conventional coaching centre. To be continued.....

Her stillness speaks, she has whispered my name in many lifetimes. Her lessons are deep like her watery basin. She cleanses my mind and purifies my spirit. She holds me close even at distance. She cradles me whilst encouraging me to grow, fast, relentless, powerful lessons.
May I always remember how blessed I am to call this incredible lake in the Mayan heartland home. Six months exactly since I landed back to a water birth that’s been more transformative and magical then I ever could have wished for. Gracious Lago Atitlan, forever grateful to her mystical spirit for welcoming me back with open arms so many times in so many ways 🙏🏼
Rather than just entertainment, movies can teach us a lot of good things. In this video, Prashant Sawant shares one important life lesson from the movie Deewaar (Amitabh Bachchan fans, you will love it). In the comment section, please let us know which movie made the most impact on your life.
Thank you Prashant Sawant for sharing this life lesson in such an entertaining format. #video#entertainment#lessons#growthmanagement#success
I tend to find a lesson when I watch movies.😏
Though I like hero movies, sci-fi movies and animated movies, there are always some lessons in the stories of itself or stories behind the scenes that apply to the reality.✨
Among the movies that I've watched recently, Zootopia, Wonder woman, Black panther were my favorites.
In Zootopia, 🐇🐅🐃 there is a famous line, "Everyone can be everything."
If we make efforts and try hard to do something or to be someone, we should be successful and the society where we can do that is a desirable society.
In Wonder woman movie, the leading character is female super hero who doesn't lean on the male partner. She is independent and decisive. It was good to see this kind of female character in the hero movie, though many hero movies are androcentric. About half of the population is female and I don't think only men do important work.👫
To quote the TIMES, "Films like Black Panther, however, have demonstrated not only that people of color have immense talent, but also that they can be wildly successful at the box office."👏 This is what thrills me.
In these perspectives, these movies are worth watching.👍

‘THE QUEEN OF OKOYONG- MARY SLESSOR’:
“Who would you say have impacted your life positively (it could be living or dead...and it could be more than one person)?”
For me, there are lot...and one person in history I’ll love to to put the spotlight on is Mary Slessor. Know her? She literally helped to stop the killing of twins in Calabar, Nigeria. “She came into Nigeria as a Christian Missionary. She was sent to Calabar. Back then, it was held that when twins were born, one of them was possessed by an evil spirit. Because no-one could tell which of the twins was the evil one, both were often abandoned or killed, and their mother ostracised. Mary Slessor realised it would take a generation of cultural change to bring about a difference. She worked right down at a grassroots level, adopted these children, saved their lives, and showed by example what needed to change. Slessor saved hundreds of twins who had been left in the bush to die, including Janie, a girl she took in as her daughter, going as far as to bring her home to Scotland with her”

I love that she never turned a blind eye to the injustice that was happening around her. I’m so thankful for her loving heart and I’m realising that without love and kindness, we can’t win the war against injustice (Micah 6:8; Isa 59:15-16)
Today, let’s look around us and see how we can, with the help of God, cause one great change around us?
I love twins....and I’m so thankful for that woman who stood up for them.
Lets replicate same...
