Let me share with you one of my most fav healthy portions of meal.
Two part to think of: preparation of the rise and preparation of the beef mince. .
Now for the rice, it’s easy, it’s simple, no worries all will be good:
Washout 100gr of rice. Put it on a heated pan, do not include oil, or if you do try it to be coconut or cocoa oil. Don’t let rice to burn, but only until it gets goldish colour. Add 1:3 water and at very low heat leave it to boil. .
While waiting for rice, let’s prepare the mince. Now about seasoning I am basically using salt, black and white pepper, cumin, garlic and onion. Now since I will use tomatoes I am adding basil too! Tomatoes and basil is love! Mix all of this and when the mince is almost cooked put one to two chopped tomatoes. Leave it to melt the tomatoes for about 2-3 minutes and bom, ready.
Put the rice on a plate and mince above - ENJOY!
